RE: harrison county
I know, she is hiding from me! I did find the Harrison County sight, that has death records thru 1939, it does have a Caroline Gatrost listed in it; I doubt they ever left the county.
My hunch says Persia. I am going to start there. Thanks for your info..

harrison county
Hi again! I have one more branch to find.
Caroline Wanamaker married a Martin Gatrost in 1899, they had two sons. They lived in Harrison County thru the 1900-1930 census. He is listed as a widower in the 1940 census. I cannot find their burial or death dates. I have in my notes that she died in 1939, but I haven't been able to prove that yet. Have looked at both the findagrave and Iowa gravestone sights, but also know they could have been missed on the walk through; so if you run across them, I'd appreciate a heads up. Thanks!

Thanks for your help...it's always a work in progress. I did find that Mable Green married a C.Y. Olsen in 1915, in Logan. The hunt continues...thanks for your time!

green
Was excited to find my husband's great aunt, Mary Elizabeth Wanamaker Green, in the Woodbine Cemetery! Could you please tell me the location of their graves?
Mary and Sylvester Green, their son Harry and their daughter Blanche Green Peabody (married Lewis Peabody).
I am also wondering if there is a Mable Green buried there. I can't find her after 1910, when she was about 14 years of age.
Thank you so much, Marilyn

Harrison County photo's
Hi Pam, I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am working on a project to locate the last resting places of many "old soldiers" that had ties to Vermont. I see you have contributed a couple photo's for Find A Grave Memorials in Harrison County. May I use these photo's to post on the Vermont Civil War site? (www.vermontcivilwar.org) You would receive credit for this.

Thank you for your consideration.

Would you please connect Westyn Muxfeldt to his mother, Jordan Linn Straight Muxfeldt (159547752)? Thank you.

I did already, the same time I posted Jordan, I am still waiting for "Created by: Memories 4 ever" to approve the link.

Thank you. I appreciate it. BTW, I also "sent" a bunch of tab edits for the family.

No, I don't have inks. Not sure about the spelling of her maiden name, either. Could be a transcriber error. Info gleaned through Washington Digital Archives.

Rich photo's
Not a problem I'm on vacation this week and saw that this cemetery was only 28% photographed so I decided to take a walk and enjoy our nice weather.

Hi. Duane Sears is my paternal uncle, & I was hoping I could manage his memorial. I am in contact with his children, & I think they would like to be included in putting together the info in his memorial.

Hi Pam,
Thanks so much for the transfer. I have not connected that precious one to his parents and noted his siblings, who must have also mourned his passing.

RE: Emma and Carlton Russell
Thank you for adding the headstone to these memorials.
No I am not related to the Russell family. Have been working on recording the headstones in the Newton Falls cemeteries, looking through newspapers to find the obituaries to obtain more details on the names, birth and death dates.
Will be happy to send the copies of the two obituaries to you if you would like to have them.
