RE: Balthes and Christina Lipp
Jan, Thanks for the information and I linked Christina and Baltes Lipp.. Also added a few links within the memorial text for reference. I submitted a link to be made for Gottleib b 1812 to father only, as your message implied Christina was a step mother. Also found Jacob Lipp b 1823 in Lancaster, and made a link within memorial text as not sure correct Jacob Lipp. If you see anything, please just submit an edit and I usually update it pronto. I am not related to this family, just live in the area of the cemeteries.

RE: Balthes and Christina Lipp

Since I created both memorials, updates have been made. That is a good piece of information added. I put in a request to link Gotleib b 1812 to his father only as presumed Christina is a step mother, based on information you gave. I also found a Jacob Lipp b 1823 in Lancaster Pa memorial 88795766. I made a link (within body of memorial text) as not certain he is correct Jacob. If you find anything else, please submit an edit. I keep on top of this.
I am not related to anyone here, just live in the area where the graves are. Thanks for the research.

Is this your ancestor? I wasn't sure based on your correction if she is or she was someone you found while looking for another :-)

I made the changes you requested - what do you think?

Happy Hunting!

Nancy Domjanovich
Another AljinovicīCousin
Hello Jan,
I am Susan's cousin Nancy Domjanovich. Along with my sister, Jane Rosen, we have been researching our family heritage. We get together once a week to work on genealogy.

Our grandmother was Marija Aljinovicī Domjanovicī, the sister of Mandica Aljinovicī Jelovicī. Today, I went to Find a Grave just to see if there was anything on the Croatian side of my family. I was so excited to see the photo of Mandica & Mate. We have an older photo of Mate, but not this one - & none of Mandica. Thank you so much for posting these photos.

I also am a volunteer for Find a Grave & work out in the west Los Angeles area.

If you are interested in anything about Marija Aljinovicī- photos or anything else - just let me know.

Susan Soric
Your Aljinovic cousin
Hi Jan,

I am one of your Aljinovic cousins originating in St. Louis, where I was born and still have quite a few relatives.

I am the great-granddaughter of Marija Aljinovic Domjanovich, the sister of Mandica. A few years back I had the great pleasure of having phone conversations with Nelda. I wonder how she is doing and might just try to see if she can answer the phone.

She sounds so much like her cousin Evelyn, my great aunt, who died a number of years ago. Along with my cousins who are the grandchildren of Marija, I have been taking an interest in our family history. They have built up quite a good tree. If you're interested, do let me know.

I have photo of the marker to add to the memorial. I just haven't gotten to it yet so there is no need for you to make a special trip to photo it. Also, I transferred this to you.

Julie Watts
Roger Walter Watts
Hello. I just found your memorial page and headstone photo for Roger. I am the wife of his nephew, Steve Watts, and wonder how you may be related. I'm wondering also if you could tell me Helen's parents' names, as I've been curious to see if her Tennants and mine (through my grandmother) may somehow be related.

Thank you,
Julie Watts

Chris Wimmer
help with photos

A few months back, you took a trip to Holy Rosary Cemetery and shot a photo of Cletus C. Rothove grave site... do you recall of there were other Rothove's in that cemetery? If there might be, might you be able to check and photo whatever is there? I have a whole wing of the rothove's missing, and I think they might be in the Holy Rosary Warrentown cemetery....

If there are, could you send any photos you might be able to get to the address below? with whatever you send, I could sort out this branch of the fammily.
