RE: Dr. John Percy Wade
Kendra,
I found JPW's photo in the book:
Distinguished Men of Baltimore and Maryland, p.56 and published by the Baltimore American.
Since before 1923, it is in the public domain.
Hopes this helps.

RE: Daniel and Amanda Carroll
Looks like everything worked out at this cemetery, with exception to a couple biography/obit's.

Saw your message about Daniel Boon Carroll, Jr.

Daniel Carroll, Sr. (1796-1859)
John M. Carroll (1827-1902)

Luke Paul Carroll's site will be a tough one to upgrade.

RE: John Carroll
I believe that John M. Carroll's wife Nancy Damron Carroll is buried in the cemetery, as there are several unmarked graves near John. Some of John and Nancy's children are there with their father.

RE: John Carroll
I believe that is what both memorials for Daniel Boon Carroll have as his father (John 1827-1902)and mother Nancy (1831-1882). Should I delete mine and forget about my photo of his grave?

I was able to add the picture of Amanda's headstone, rearrangement of pictures may be necessary. Daniel's memorial site picture capacity has been reached at 5.

Hi Kendra,
not related to the Carroll's but know quite a few of them. I feel better having seen some more of their cemeteries, so their kin can be visited.
Thanks much,
John

Carroll Cemetery-Everman Creek
Hi Kendra,
I took pictures of the headstones today at the Carroll Cemetery-Everman Creek, of Daniel Boon Carroll and his wife Amanda Carroll. It took a 4-wheel ATV to get there. They are not that the Carroll Cemetery everyone is dumping Carroll's into.

Everman Cemetery Photographs
Hi Kendra,
Back in 2011 you took a few of the photographs of headstones for the Carroll's that lived off Everman Creek Road, Gregoryville, KY. Those pictures ended up on memorials at the Carroll Cemetery above Grahn. I am in the process the get the Carrol's and 2 Elliot's memorials moved to the Carroll Cemetery-Everman Creek site. Based on the directions to the cemetery by the Rattlesnake Ridge Genealogy Club, it seems impossible to find the cemetery (Google Maps). Was it easy for you to find?
Thanks,
John

here is what you wrote and below that is my reply.

Hi Carrie-
You created a memorial for Myrtle Lucas Bias and I need some information on her mother, Julia Cremeans. I believe this Julia is my great great great aunt but need some verification. Do you know who Julia's parents were? If you do, can you email me at kenlanz@aol.com?

Her parents were Edward Lucas and Julia Cremeans

The marriage record I found on WV site, didn't not list any parents, W. Anderson Jinkins & Marritha Cremeans Aug the 18 1842. The death record I found on WV site Menitha Jenkins 69yrs, death May 25 1894, widowed, died in Swann Cabell, West Virginia. Did not listed anybody on this record.

RE: Beatty Cemetery
Howdy Ma'am...first off it was my pleasure to find these pictures for you. As far as who is in "charge" of this cemetery, I am thinking that it is managed by the township. Off the top of my head, I do not know who might have any records. I will do some research here on my end to see what I can find. Is there any thing in particular that you are looking for?? Please feel free to contact me by email at gopher_111@yahoo.com

Susan McMahan
Forgive me, I am typing with a wounded hand! Susan would be my 3rd great grand aunt, so we would be very distant cousins. I look at my kids and am sadden that just 50 years will make THEIR kids distant relatives. It makes me want to connect my ancestor's family in anyway I can. So I am happy to find you! So Thank you so much for linking Susan to her parents! I am in Florida, so any information I have on the Edwards family is through the kindness of distant relatives and the internet, but am happy to help in anyway I can. I hope to take a Genealogical road trip in the next couple of years though. I am on Ancestry, so if you need some help, let me know!

Susan's father John is for sure. Am looking for his wife (Susan's mother). Everywhere I look says her mother is Ann Jeffre, but can't find anything concrete to verify it.

Hi Kendra,

I am looking for Alfred McMahan who was married to Martha Gourley. They were from down around Marietta. They had a son Joseph among other children. Do you happen to know anything at all about that family? If so could you please contact me?
Thank you,
Carole M. Selby
