Union Cemetery
Hi Brianna! I have a question for you. I see you took a picture of Union Cemetery in Brays Missouri. Can you tell me how you get to that cemetery?

I have some relatives that are buried there and want to go there to take pictures, but I can't find this cemetery on Google Maps. Thank you!

RE: transfer
Hi Brianna, Was the request sent via email? I apologize so much. I just looked thru my emails and didn't find anything. Must have been yahoo sorted into spam mail or something. Of course, I will transfer your parents to you!!!! I am so sorry!!

RE: management
Thank you. I would appreciate it.

If someone has duplicated memorials, you should contact them and let them know. This is confusing for researchers when this is done. I sometimes duplicate memorials without realizing it and always appreciate it when I'm contacted. It is important to search a cemetery before making an entry so memorials aren't duplicated.

Thanks again,

RE: Nina Currie McKane
Did you tell that person that Nina is your mother. There could be a number of reasons they are not responding. Some people think that if they add a memorial, then, they own it. That's not the case. The rules of Find A Grave are if a direct family line, they should transfer if requested. Wish I could help you out. I have added your grandmother and you can link your mom to her. Best regards.
PS...Nina is my cousin.

I would love to go to this cemetery if I just knew where it was. I need to know what town it is next to, because Brays Church Road doesn't come up with anything. Appreciate additional info, Thanks,

Just wanted to thank you for going to the cemetery and taking the picture of Dora Overby's headstone.
I was so nice of you to take the time to do this for me.

RE: Jacobus H. Bush
Hi! I thought I had answered you. Sorry.

The painting was done by my late husband, and the likeness was taken from war records stating his stature, coloring, etc. The cemetery where the Bush brothers, Jacobus and Henry are burried, is in the middle of my property.

RE: Margaret Nichhols
Thank you Brianna for the picture of the headstone's of Margaret Nichols and Pinkey Nichols

I have copies of the death certificates for there son John William Nichols and his wife Flora Burroughs Nichols
They were both also buried in Seaton Cemetery.
per death certificate.
On both their death certificates the last name was spelled Nickols . Which confused some . But I think the h's could just of be mistaken for K 's.
As the family has all been spelled with the last name of Nichols.

I did post John and Flora on findagrave for Seaton Cemetery also .
John William Nichols 53500093
Flora Burroughs Nichols 53509466
If you ever locate them could you send a message to let me know.
Thank you again for the photo's . What you do is great !

Sorry that the stone is missing. Perhaps I can get a picture of the cemetery the next time I'm in the area.

Mary Graves
The smaller broken stone is her foot stone. I tried to find the article..but was unsuccessful.. the jist is..they found the foot stones from South Street Cemetery used as pavers for swampy ground at Silver Street Cemetery. A couple of years ago they put those old foot stones in their proper place at South Street Cemetery. They were placed right behind the gravestones..not where they usually are found!!

I took off Lesters memorial as I saw there was one already, but left Mary Yoakum's, and reposted your photo with your name, was there another memorial? If there was I will delete this one too?

Do you know where the other Dixon Cemeteries are?
I am interested in the two you have. I will list Lester and Mary as a photo request so you can add them. Then I can research them better. I know there was a new headstone erected for Rachel Yoakum, she died long ago, but there was a reunion and a new one made. Let me know? Viv

When you go to take this photo, there are other relatives I am in search of, however Yoakum is spelled but sounds like Yoakum, there at the Dixon graveyard, I know there are several graveyards? In Dixon? Please email me any other than photos of Yoakum? I have been waiting for a photo volunteer for quite a while, Thank you so much for picking this one up. Sincerely, Vivian
