In my research to find my grandfather Calvin Stoker, Grave # 54780897. I found the picture of his head stone you took. Thank you so much! I hope this information will help me in finding more information on my extended family.

Loran Chipman
I'm looking for connections to Loran Chipman, probably born in Utah prior to 1950 and related to Householders. You maintain a memorial for a Loran Chipman, do you know if he is related to them or the Wilcox family??

Who are you? You left flowers at grandma's site. I don't recall her ever mentioning someone named Cory. Feel free to email me at:

Hi Cory,

I'm contacting you about my GGG Grandmother's memorial: Find A Grave Memorial# 42594284.

I found her listed on a duplicate memorial (# 65809856) which had her information blank, but a much nicer photo of her headstone, so I copied it into your memorial page for her, how do we alter the credit for the photo to Audra Carpenter Ploegstra instead of me?

I'll contact the owner of the duplicate memorial to see if they want to delete it or not.

Could you add the location information I found onto your memorial? Plot: 68 of block 1

Thank you for your efforts, it's very meaningful to me, Laurel

Thank you
I was just google'ing my dad's name and came across his gravesite. What a beautiful surprise... I still live on Okinawa. When were you here? Were you in the military and stationed here? Again thanks for the wonderful surprise...

RE: Carrie M Battice
Cory - Sorry, I am not able to post any death certificates on the internet while a project is still ongoing per the rules of the indexing project. Indexing Batches only contain 10 certificates at a time and they expire in a few days. And, they are gone when I submit them. The project should be complete next year and then certificates should be available. If you would like a specific certificate now - you could go to a Family History Library and request the microfilm reel (small fee) or make a formal request to the State of Michigan ($). I hope that helps.

Hi Cory,
I have added memorials for the McLean family of Chase, and I put up one for Jessie's mother, Anna McLeod McLean. I wondered if you would be able to link her as a family member as mother to Jessie. Anna's number to do this is 90988285. For Anna's memorial, as well as other McLeans in Chase Cemetery I included brief genealogy info. This summer we are getting a marker up for Jessie, as well as other McLeans buried in Chase, an I will add a photo when complete.
Thank you,

I could not find any more info for you about the other three Williams in Pine Plains Cemetery. The grave site with Isaiah and Leonard Williams show three empty grave out of a total of five.

RE: Thompson Photos
I posted more Thompson and Williams photo's to the Pines Plain Cemetery. I could not find the three Williams you were looking for. I will check with the grounds keeper on Friday, he has a map in his building.

Welch's in Maple Lawn
Hi Cory.
There are not any headstones for them.
I did add a picture of the cement marker where they were buried.
I just assumed Pauline was buried with the other two children.
Next time i get to town i will again verify that and if i am not right i will get a photo if there is one.

Margaret G. Thompson
Cory, I will be going out again this week to take more photos in Oakwood I will get a shot of Margaret's stone. The Cemetery information I have for Margaret says her date of death is March 5, 1933 and the plot number is 22-P1-I if you would like that information for your memorial.

your request from Rowley
Hi Cory
The headstones of the Pickards are shaded on all sides and it does not get much sun so it is very mossy & dirty, I have cleaned it some, just last week, but it needs more cleaning and more sun. When the weather is better I will return to the cemetery and get the photos until then your request can be removed, the same with all of your request in Rowley. I have them on my list and will get them ASAP.
William Sowell is under a pine tree, I will trim the tee and get the photo
