|Brian Bollman||RE: Reuben & Mary Bollman|
Debra: Reuben is my relative, he is the brother of my Great Grandfather Thomas Bollman. I know basically nothing about Mary. Both are buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. and I have been at their grave.
From The Rock Island Daily Union 4-11-1879
"Reuben Bollman and Joseph Strahle have gone to Paddock, Nebraska, 80 mile southwest of Dakota Territory" This puts Reuben in Nebraska when he was 27 years old. Mary, born in 1865, would have been 14. I guess there is a possibility; how long did he stay or live in Nebraska, who knows.
What is your relationship?

Hello, I am a relative of Milburn and Alma Crites. I was wondering if I may have permission to use their gravestone photos on my private family tree?
Thank you very much!

Thank you for the transfer of both Longfellows at Fir Grove. It was very thoughtful of you. (My great grandmother lived to be 103 1/2 & I too have wonderful memories of her tales of wagon trains across Indian territory. We were/are blessed!)

You are very welcome. I'm retired and you provided the location is the reason I'm quick.
By the way, Pamela's grave is just to the left of the little green sign in the cemetery photo. That area going almost to the tree is an area for babies and very young children.
