I have in my possession a Bible that I purchased at a yard sale some time back that was given to Kay Farmer on Dec 25, 1983 by Hazel and R.L. Dewbre. I would like to see the Bible with family, if you think this might be your relative, please contact me at email@example.com with your address and I will mail it to you. I am in Arkansas.

Hello, Ola Mae! Perhaps we are related by marriage aways back. My husband's aunt was Martha Lucille Briscoe Trout Henley and was married to Jesse. You almost have her name correct in your article about him. I will send you her F-a-G # when I go back to it since I failed to copy it down. I hope you don't mind my sending you the correction. Martha is buried at East Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, Arkansas, under the name of Henley, her 2nd married name. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Tommye

I took two photos for his site. I am so sorry they don't look better. The sun was streaming thru the trees, making it hard to get a great photo. If you are not happy with either of them, please let me know and I'll remove them.

I made a photo request a few days ago for a new photo for Edna Pratt. I just got a message from Find-a-Grave that you had notified them there was already a photo on the memorial for Edna Pratt. I made mention of that fact when I wrote the note with my photo request. The existing photo has much of the grave marker cut out of the photo. I am trying to get a photo which has all of the grave marker showing in the photo.
Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Ola Mae, I wish I had time to spend doing this right now but I just flat don't. I love doing this too! I just started a new job at Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee Okla, I'm the Administrative Asst. here and I really enjoy the work these guys do and helping families with their loved ones interments. I'm working on our Veterans Memorial now. Where are you living now? I'd love to come see you and visit and here stories about you and Mom again, she used to tell us girls all about you guys growing up. Let me know and maybe we can set a time to get together. God Bless all my love. Sherry Lu

Hi Ole May, this is Sherry Lu, Joyce and Jimmy's youngest daughter. I just wanted to tell you thank you for putting all the information down in the site for Bigmama, Papa, Daddy and Mama. Mama's ashes are still at her house on her mantel, We thought she would be the happiest at home. Wish we could all get together again like we used to when Bigmama was here, someday soon I guess we all will in Heaven. I really miss those days!!! God bless take care. All my love Sherry Lu

I am in search of an ancestor, listed variously as "Martha" and "Elizabeth" Hunter who was married to William McAtee who died in 1863. I know that you are not the original creator of this page, but I was hoping that you could tell me the source/s of the information for Elizabeth's parents, siblings, etc. It appears that "my" Martha/Elizabeth and this lady overlap in location and time, and I am hoping to determine conclusively that they are or are not the same person. Thank you!

I am not sure, most likely it is next to Mom & Dad, I live in Alabama & wasn't there when they buried him. When you go into the yard it is near the left front before the outhouse.
