RE: Tim Gallagher
Hi Steve,
I'm sorry to hear about your brother, but thank you for taking care of his memorials & for responding to my message.
As mentioned in the previous message, the info I passed along may be added (via copy/paste) to the 'bio' section of Alice Hannum's memorial here on Find A Grave, which your brother created/managed. Also, Alice Hannam is very likely in his family tree/ancestry info--looking at Alice's memorial page, your brother left 'flowers' with a notation that she is his (and your) 5x great grandmother. If it's easier, you may transfer Alice Hannum's memorial over to me, I will add the info & then transfer it back to you. Either way, please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks!
Melissa :)

You certainly may use the photo I took of your grandfather's grave Tim. I assume his first name was something else and he went by Elmer as I do not see an Elmer in my list, what was his first name? Can you send a link?

Hi Tim, sorry for your loss of your Aunt Thora.

Thanks for the message about the obit's error. Because of copy-right laws I can't change the obit.

I added a footnote to the memorial.

Thanks
Warren

William and May Gallagher
Hi,

I'm related to some of the Gallaghers and Gallahers in Cambria Co., PA, but not sure if I'm related to William and May.

I'm tranferring them to you since they are your Great Grandparents, and I would be a very distant cousin, anyway.

Joan

Hello Timothy, that was really nice of you to sponser my entry for Alamo defender James Hannum. Many thanks and to show my appreciation, I've transfered his bio to your ownership to manage as you see fit. Best always,

RE: Hartbrecht Families
If I see a link in my research, I'll let you know. I've just discovered the German births and baptisms files on FamilySearch.org, so I'll be looking to follow up on those new discoveries that I CAN identify.

I've also seen an Etienne Hartbrecht who came over from France. He seems to be from a separate branch, but who knows, France is close to Baden and that area of France has belonged to both countries over the years. Could be connected.

Thanks for getting back to me. Sandi

Hartbrecht Families
I am researching the Hartbrechts of Toms River, New Jersey and their roots in Germany. In the process a second set of Hartbrechts pops up in all my searches, those in the Washington, DC, area. I see that you have created memorials for this family. Are you family? Do you know of a link, probably in Germany, from the DC Hartbrechts to the NJ Hartbrechts?

Stephan Hartbrecht (#86929749) appears to have been the first of the DC Hartbrechts. He would be a contemporary of Joseph Hartbrecht, husband of (Maria) Katharina Schuppart) from Eberbach, Mosbach, Baden, Germany. Joseph is the grandfather of our Josephine Hartbrecht Fahr, who married William Fahr, my great-grandfather Gill

RE: Elder Photos
Sorry I'm not related; a friend was showing me tombstones of his family and I saw a number of Elder family stones in Taneytown or Emmitsburg . I took photos and, as a hobby, I am a contributor to findagrave.com and try to connect the memorials with their family members.

You are welcome to use my photos. If I get a chance, I will try to email some to you.

RE: Fannie Elder
Hi,
I believe this is in the St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery near the Elder Cemetery. My brother took the pictures and sent them to me and I tried to go back and change them however I believe I missed some. Now I am not sure I read the year right. I cannot even find her in my ancestery tree---can you help---I will then correct the info.
