RE: Re: Chester Clair Vanalstine Sr. Memorial# 81663088
Anthony-thank you for the information on Chester-do you have information on his wife Hattie-is she by chance also buried there? According to her obituary it just states burial in Reno.
Thanks for all your help.

I will make "evidence based" updates to memorials. Please send link to birth and death certificates to support your suggested edit. SSDI records are not considered primary source and only provide location of last benefit and not place of death. Thank you.

I will make "evidence based" updates to memorials. Please send link to the primary source document in support of your suggested edit, middle name "Whited". The Caswell County Historical Association does not have a middle name for him.

Thanks for the info. I have added their birth and death dates. However, I do not add (copyrighted) printed obituaries from after 1923 (now 1926) that I did not create, as stated on my page and in Find A Grave rules. Thank you for your work on Find A Grave!

Hi Anthony!~

Have you found further information regarding Elizabeth Ingalls maiden name?

I stated in her bio, "She is believed by some researchers to be the daughter of Christopher or John Barrett and Elizabeth Scott." Those parents don't really seem right considering she was born and raised in Lincolnshire and that christening record was from more than an hour's drive away (by automobile!) in a town in Wiltshire.

I am hesitant to place her maiden name in the name caption since those parents are not generally accepted by genealogists working on this family. The rest on down was documented by researchers already.

As stated with Whitley 1877-1877, I will make "evidence based" updates to memorials. Please send link to birth and death certificates to support your suggested edits. Census records and family trees are not considered primary source documents for place of birth or death. Primary sources are documents and records that were created at or around the time that an event, such as a birth, death, or marriage, occurred. Thank you.

The Sexton from the Prairie View Cemetery took me to the plots of Julian and Beverlyann. They are buried next to Ann but have no markers or stones so I took a picture of the plots. Sorry for the shadow from the tree.

Carmody
Was there a particular reason you took over care of the Carmody's in South Boulder Cemetery?

A distant cousin.

Richard Thayer 9129674
Hello Sir,

You maintain #9129674 his name is Richard Thayer. He is my 11th-great-Grandfather. I live in Connecticut and have visited his grave many times and have a lot of information I would like to add to his memorial. I was hoping you would be able to transfer his memorial to my care. Would you be able? There is a great article written about him in the NEHGS American Ancestors publication from a while back.

Anyway, let me know. Thank you.

Andrew Honeywell.

Anthony - I added an overview photo of the lot or unit of niches where Edna's bookstyle urn is located. Click on the photo to see a larger version and my remarks concerning the location of Lot 90. Let me know if not clear.
Thanks, Stephen

Edna Abernathy Photo Request
Anthony, I noticed you were requesting a photo of Edna Abernathy's grave at Black Rock Cemetery in Crenshaw Co, AL. Her grave is actually at Brookside Memory Gardens in Elmore Co, AL #31849427. I discovered this as I was researching her husband Clidus Abernathy who is a distant relative of mine. I hope this helps you out.

RE: Photo Request
Hello Anthony. There are many Justens in the Mchenry area where I live. Is it possible she could be in another cemetery like St.Patricks in Mchenry or the one in Johnsburg (right next to Mchenry). The caretaker with the persons list in St.Marys says she is not in that cemetery. I work on Find-a-grave for the Mchenry area and would be happy to search other cemeteries near here. Chuck
