Thank you!

for honoring so many fallen in action.
My great uncle was killed in action in
WWII and still lies in a foreign grave.

You noted a fella who made it home.
He needed a death date, I've sent an
EDIT TAB for him. I also attached a
photo of his headstone paper.

If you wish the headstone pic to be
removed, pick any memorial and let
me know (EDIT TAB msg).

Again, thank you.

PVT Shefler
Rich, thank you for adding the information to Manuel's bio. He's one of 2,199 servicemen buried first in Fosse#1 in Liege, Belgium and then transferred to the US. I've taken the interest in this cemetery and it's former occupants because my uncle was one and because Max Noel is writing a book about it. Thank you again, Cheryl

Thank you. That is more than I expected. Is it possible to add his middle initial "S" to his page. It is on his gravestone. I almost missed him because I was looking for Hillard S. Pleet.

Pfc. Hillard S. Pleet
Rich - My father served with Pfc. Hillard S. Pleet in G company, 35th Regiment, in WWII. I have written a book about G Company and the Luzon Campaign in which Pfc. Pleet is mentioned. Would you happen to have any contact information for Pfc. Pleet's family? I would like to send his family a copy of the book. I know this is a long shot. Can you give me any additional information on the relocation of his grave? Norbert is a 1st cousin 1x removed of my husband. He is buried with his parents Martha and Frank at St Adalbert's Cemetery in Niles. His brother Frank is buried near him as well. I appreciate any information.

hello rich
Hi rich,It's been a little over a month or so for losing both my mother in law grace sept.28th and my mother within a week later Oct.3rd.I'll be so relieved when 2017 is here.My father is in home hospice for only 6 months due to declining Parkinson disease issues.ALL these people lived well into their mid to late 80's,so thankfully two out of the three are finally at PEACE.I hope to learn from all these people and how they handled life's ups and downs.Rich, thanks for being a wonderful support system for me and I hope you and your family have a wonderful happy and healthy new year!!! take care Karen in kenosha

RE: harry howard hurwitz
Rich do you know how to look up epidemics in hospital rooms.I have a aunt who died in 1907 age 11 at chicago's Michael reese hospital named bella Brownstein and according to the elder sister she died along with 10 other children of the same illness in that hospital. The death cert says heart respiratory failure upon anethesia from a operation. Also I have a great grand uncle's child Julius Brownstein age 19 that died at the bottom of a Chicago downtown office building falling 5 stories down an elevator shaft. How does one get newspaper articles on these family tragedies???

I believe the photos for Ahka and Ctebah Savich are switched according to gender because of notation on their tombstones about Father & Mother.. Could you take a look and change if you agree? Great pictures!
Thanks, Sandi
