Ives @ Mt Hope
I looked all over for all four Ives this weekend, but now that I see the relation to the Newtons, I will go and see again if they are near them. Did you notice Minerva & Hiram had a son, Bertie that passed at 4yo?

photos taken at Lowellville Cemetery
I certainly hoped by now that I thanked you for your efforts on those nice photos, as requested. Very nice. And it made me just stop and think!

One thing I needed to know is, my grandmother is buried "between" John and Walter Cavander there in the Lowellville Cemetery. Her name was Sofia Kavander/Canvader.
What I was wishing for-- was a photo at a distance, to show that space. From what I understand there is no marker on her gravesite. I am considering putting one there soon. If you could stand back a little, so I can see how that parcel lays, it would be just great.

My grandfather is buried there too, Iisak Kavander but "unmarked". It is a mystery for the last 90 years. He was buried about 1906. He was killed in an explosion at a dynamite factory in Quaker Falls, PA. Elma Kavander is buried there too. She died, 1/1/1927. Age 13. Are there some records to check where she is buried in that cemetery?

I truly appreciate you efforts, such good work!

With Profound Thanks
Thank you so much for taking these pictures for me. Some day, I hope to make it to Youngstown to pay my respects in person. Until then, however, I can remember them here; as well as share these photos with my Mom (who remember them...despite the effects of her stroke)

Bless you, and thank you!

Rogers @ Westview
Cemetery office confirms that there is no marker for this person. I marked the approximate location with pink flowers, but will remove this photo if you would prefer.

RE: Ruth Webster
Thanks again, Laura, for the work you have done on the Websters. There is also a possibility that George M. Webster and his wife Nettie may be buried in Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville. Don't know for sure. Judy

RE: Francis Webster
Laura, could you also add the Webster gravestone photo to RUTH COLE WEBSTER's site. Since you added Francis Webster's photo, I now know his wife Ruth's dates and have entered information on her into Find A Grave.

One other request: I am missing only one of my Webster gg grandparents nine children. His name was GEORGE MEMPHIS WEBSTER (b. 17 Jan 1880, d. 18 Mar 1963 in Volant, Lawrence County, PA. I have no idea if there is more than one cemetery there, but would appreciate if you are ever checking cemeteries in Volant, you might keep an eye out for George and his wife Nettie Louise Bell Webster.

Thanks again!
