"Bain" Surname
Could that Bain surname be also spelled Bayne? I saw that you left a message on Amassa Gustin's memorial. He was married to Eleanor "Nellie" Lyons Gustin Ledbetter. Eleanor's parents were Robert Lyons and Martha Bayne. These were my 5th great-grandparents on my mother's father's side (Barnard).

Betty Monson (Lane& Perry)
Page connection to LANE Family
Hello Lana,
We are related through Viola Isabelle Page who married Lewis Lane (and Martha Elizabeth Gustin who married David Winters) who settled in Hardin County, Illinois.
I am researching the LANE family along with several cousins trying to get information on Lewis Lane's paternal grandfather, BARNEY LANE. We have seen the memorial in the Pleasant Hill cemetery, but can not find any confirming evidence for his parentage.

Would you have ANY information at all on the Lane line?

P.S. I live in King County, Wa. at Redondo near DesMoines...glad you're in the area too.

Dorothy Marie Linn
Hi Lana,
I have made the transfer of your Aunt Dorothy's memorial to you. I am sorry for your loss. She sounded like a very special person and I know that Aunt's can be precious to us.

Doug DeLong
Page Family Cemetery
I ride my horse by the page family cemetery. It's out in the woods and can only be reached by foot, horse back or 4 wheeler when the trail is open. I'll be down there in April and can send pictures of stones and fenced plot. Doug DeLong

Joetta Lewis-Giles
Odd Fellows Cemetery-Benton,IL
Listed MABEL (MARTIN) BAIN--should read LORA MABEL (HARTIN) BAIN. My mother-in-law did the geneology on her fathers side--ORLIE BAIN. So, we have proof that her mother was a Hartin, not Martin. Thank you for changing this if you will. David Bain Giles, Cape Girardeau, MO.--She was my mothers mother.

Leo James
Lana, thank you so very much for all your help with this request. Our family has some very old records that said he was buried there, but they don't say if Elizabeth is buried there, we just assumed.

Thank you again,
