You are very welcome.
Always happy to help you.
This was my first trip to this cemetery. It's always nice to add another cemetery to my list of those I've been to on behalf of Find A Grave.
So, again, you are welcome. Please keep those requests coming.

|L. Tobeck||Memorial of Fred Buirge|
I was not able to correct the spouse information for Fred Buirge Memorial # 46453728, as I was not the one who connected him with the spouse of Emma Josephine Vedder Buirge who you say is incorrect. You will need to contact the person who connected Emma to Fred. Thanks.

I am a photo volunteer for Find a Grave and go to Giles Co. to try and get photos of stones in old cemeteries. My resource, before I go, is always a web site called:
When I looked up Strong Cemetery - there spears that nothing is left. Go to that web site and it will give you info about the Strong family - Arminda-David-Lucretia and William N.
Thought you would want to know so you could have info and remove requests that can never be fulfilled.

|J F-B||RE: Batavia Cemetery|
I'm sorry but I know nothing about this cemetery in Bowerville, Todd County, Minnesota. I only entered one distant relative to the data base but I have never been there and I live far, far away from Batavia Cemetery.
Hope you can find what and who you are searching for soon.

As you will see in the photos, Hans Larson is buried along side Anna Larson Field.
I would think that this was his wife but at the same time it could always be a sister.
You will also see that I have added photos to her Memorial Page.
Thanks for the request.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

You're very welcome. There are no trees or stature in that area, but it is very quiet and almost a mile from the front gate.

I would like to suggest that you request a photo of the memorial. We have a great group of volunteers at Cypress Forest Lawn. Since the memorial includes the location of the grave, they will be able to locate it easily. (I can't walk the site, so I leave that to the photo volunteers).
As I explain on my user page, the FALSE in some of the memorials is an error from an upload that Find A Grave was unable to correct, and I haven't been able to locate and correct each one.
My data does not include any additional info on this memorial at this time. If a photo does get posted, feel free to contact me via the EDIT button, and I'll transcribe the info off the memorial, and add any bio info you'd like to include.
Hope this answers your question.

Thanks for the info, I have added your info to their memorials. You're right I enlarged the headstone photo and it is Abigail at the lower part of the headstone.

|Law-Miller Roots||RE: Joep Randall|
I've corrected Joel's memorial. Information about his 1st & 2nd wives is from the Painted Hills Genealogy Society (www.paintedhills.org) website's transcription for Woodland (Five Corners) Cemetery, where it lists his wives incorrectly in the notes.

|Tom Mauer||Leonard memorial|
Hi I will have to get to that cemetery when I get near it (aprox 50 miles away from there). I did notice that Eli Leonard is buried at Wash. Vets. Cemetery at Retsil Wash. State. I don't know if his wife died in Minnesota and he moved on to Wash. State. I did not notice any Harriet of Marilla in Wash. Hopefully I can get a look at Freemans memorial stone this spring.

Thank you for the new information. My information comes from Oakwood Cemetery records. States that he died on Nov. 15, 1902 and that he was 88 years, 11 months and 1 day. Even if I figured his b'date slightly wrong, it wouldn't put me at May 13. I often find discrepancies like this...even from vital records to the gravestone. I will make a note of your addition on his memorial.

|Frank Crisler||Maybe the Witzels?|
In regard to the flower mystery on the Schroeders' graves in Artesian, I would suggest Witzel descendants might have left them. In both the 1910 and 1920 Censuses, Mabel and Esther Witzel (George's nieces, it says) lived with the Schroeders. There are many Witzel family graves in the cemetery, so I wouldn't be surprised if descendants of Esther or Mabel have been looking in on the couple who raised their mother or grandmother 100 years ago. But we'll never know, will we?

Jerry, I just now saw your flower with some information on Oliver McQuillin, son of Elmer Elwood and Ida. It's been a long time since we've communicated. Glad to know you're still working on family history. This is an awsome website! Linda

Added a picture of the general area where Juliette Pickett is buried. There is no marker but she is buried between the foreground marker and the marker on the left of the photo.
