Taylor & Alcinda (Lanning) Walters
At, there are marriage records for two sons of Taylor & Alcinda: Samuel and Ellis, So I think it would be safe to assume that Taylor & Alcinda were married. Sharon

More on Taylor Walters
Based on the 1880 Lawrence & Elizabeth Walters census for Straitsville, Perry Co., OH, and his Perry Co., OH death record, I set up a memorial for him at as being buried in the New Staitsville Joint Cemetery. Something interesting, when he was age 5 in 1870, this family was living in Brown, Vinton Co., OH, according to the census. In this 1870 census, Taylor was listed as "Zachariah." I'm wondering if he could have been named after Pres. Zachary Taylor. I still don't have proof that he married Alcinda Lanning. I don't have proof that he was buried in that cemetery either, but having died of TB in Straitsville, where else would he have been buried?

Taylor Walters question
I manage the memorial for Alcinda (Lanning) Walters in the New Straitsville Joint Cemetery, since she appears to have been on my Allen tree. Do you know if it's correct that she was married to Taylor Walters 1865-1892, who died in New Straitsville? Do you know if he was a son of your Lawrence Walters 1828-1901?
This appears to be your Walters tree. Sharon

Headstone of Dora F Bias

You added a headstone photo in ENON Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV for Dora F Bias.

Can you please tell me what the name of her husband is......I cannot read it on the site and I am hoping that you are able to see the name in the original photo. I think it is either Leroy Alonzo BIAS. If there are dates on his side could you tell me what those are as well.

Thank You so very much.

If you would like to email me that would be fine;

Thanks for all of the postings, it certainly assists us that are living elsewhere.
