It must not be mine. I searched and couldn't find her in my memorials. Do you have a memorial number?

EUGENIA DALACAS Eugenia Dalacas, 88, passed away peacefully Feb. 15, 2017, at home. Eugenia was born Jan. 21, 1929, in Levidi, Arcadia, Greece, to Mihalis Megremis and Maritza Kolliopoulos. She immigrated with her brother to Las Vegas in 1960 to reunite with her mother and sisters, to whom she was very close. In 1961, she married Anthony Dalacas and they were married for 50 years until his death in 2011. They raised a family together, were employed in the service industry and worked side-by-side in the restaurants they owned and operated. Eugenia's true pride and joy was her family, whom she loved mightily and cared for with quiet strength and dignity. She was the epitome of motherly kindness and love and she will be truly missed. Eugenia was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony; brother, Peter Tsouras; and sisters, Dina Kelesis and Kalliope Pappas. She is survived by her son, Demetrios Dalacas; daughter and son-in-law, Elene and George Mylordos; granddaughter, Evyenia Mylordos; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. May her memory be eternal. Viewing will be 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, with Trisagion service following. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, all at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 5300 El Camino Road.

Burial following at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 Las Vegas Blvd. N. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church.

Question about Williams
Hi Dee,

I have a question about Wilmont Matthews. I think it shows that you added him to a Williams Family Cemetery in Fayette County in 2009.

I had tried to take a photo of Avingdon Burton Williams grave (the other person listed in this cemetery)b. b.1800 and d.1846, about two years ago. I had left a note with the person at the house asking permission, the owner was not there. The owner called me and was VERY irate and said unless I was a direct descendant I would not be granted access. I explained I was just volunteering to take the picture. It shook me and until just recently I gave up trying to take pictures.I do not know why the owner was so mad.

Anyway, I just looked at it again and I thought if you are a direct descendant of someone buried there you might want to be forewarned. The cemetery is on the property of 1413 Antioch Rd, which is lot 7 of Woolsey Oaks. The owner admitted the cemetery was there.

Take care,
Jennifer

Dee,

By any chance do you have the cemetery record for the:

New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery
Brownsville Rd
Cobb County

??

If so I'll be glad to send you the exact street address. (That one is inside the city limits of Powder Springs. (I'm working on that cemetery now.)

Let me know and I'll send you the address.

Thanks,

Jack Willoughby
Hello, I was wondering if you had more information on Jack Willoughby, Birth: 1820 Virginia, US Death:unknown, Georgia, USA. I'm not sure if he or James Willoughby Birth: Aug. 28, 1801 Death:Mar. 23, 1876 is my 4th Great Grandfather. I do know that James Willoughby owned Rebecca Willoughby and children as slaves but I'm unsure if he or Jack is my 4th great grandfather. My 3rd Great Grandfather is Isaac, Rebecca's son. Also how did you find out Jack Willoughby was born in Virginia? Thanks so much for your help!

Macedonia Cemetery
Here is the address of the Macedonia Cemetery you have located in Marietta, GA. (That is not correct)

New Macedonia Christian Church 3478 Macedonia Rd.
Powder Springs, GA 30127-7247
I live on Macedonia Rd, about a mile from the church and the Cemetery that is across Macedonia road from the Church. Please, post that address or at least take it out of Marietta and put in Powder Springs.

Thank you,
Brian Brunner

P.S. I'm still posting images I have taken in that Cemetery. I plan to send you a picture of the cemetery if you want it. Send me your e-mail address and I'll sent the pic. bbrunner@gsu.edu

Access to the cemetery is not a problem, the "no tresspassing" signs are for the woods next to it.
However, we could not find James Davenport, but we got photos of everyone there and there are several other Davenports.

Thanks, Ed Saye

M.T. researcher
Davis Cem. Crawford Co., Ga.
Fairly new to Find A Grave. Noticed you have a few names for this cemetery. I have pictures for those you have posted and additional names and pictures for the others that are buried. Not sure of the protocol to post another Davis Cem. for all the additional information I have or just to add to your site and add the pictures for your listings so that you can change that information. And then I can add the others.

Clydene Williams/Cannon
RE: Tennessee Hunter's spouse
Hi:

I'm always trying to keep up.

Bina ahun tubbe was Bennie Hunters original NA name given to him in MS by his father. It means "He Who Stays In Camp And Kills, because he killed a deer in their village when he was about eight years old. He came on the Trail of Tears to the Choctaw Nation and when he was Baptized into the Old Indian Presbytery where Bennington, Ok is today, he was asked to select a more proper name so he chose Bina Hunta or he who Stays In Camp or I believe that is what it means. Then, when he became an Elder in the Church, his name was Anglocized to Bennie Hunter. He was Full Blood Choctaw - a very handsome man.
