|Patricia Dacus||Weeks and Palmore family|
Hi Dorothy, my ancestors are the Stewarts (Enoch, his sister Martha who married Robert Palmore and raised his young children, and their sister Nancy Stewart Garrett (my great-grandmother). Theresa Weeks Palmore and Elizabeth Frances Weeks Stewart had a sister Ruth. Ruth married George Monroe Garner (son of William Wallace Garner and Angeline Garrett). William Garner and Angeline were the brother-in-law and sister-in-law of Nancy Stewart Garrett. Nancy's husband William Terrell Garrett was Angeline's brother. Angeline died before Nancy married William Terrell Garrett so they would never have known each other. Anyway, Ruth is buried in Pine Bluff Cemetery in Montgomery County, MS and I have just asked the contributor to link her to her parents. Hopefully she will do that soon.
Do you know when Enoch Stewart came to MS? Do you know if Richard Palmore came with him or came later? How about Martha, Richard's stepmother? Did she come to MS? Any info you can share with me would be greatly appreciated. My email is email@example.com

|~Nancy||Henry Pugh, wife link|
I was just going through my notes from my Caddo Cemetery visit more than 10 years ago and it led me to your memorial for Henry. I thought you'd like to reconnect Henry with his wife so I sent an edit to link to his wife Mary "Mollie" Hudson's memorial.
Have a great day!

|Debbie Faye Greene Wegryn||My Grandmother Sarah Gross Green|
Hello! Are we related? Sarah Gross was married to my Grandfather, William Andrew Jackson Green. He had four children by his first wife, Nora. After she passed away, he married Mama Sarah. She had two living children, Laura and my father, Thomas Ellison Greene. (Yes, we have an "e" on the end.) Sarah died shortly after she delivered a baby girl. The baby died also. My father was two years old. If you are able, please contact me. We know nothing about the Gross side of the family. firstname.lastname@example.org

Hello - Sorry but what you see on the memorials is all I found at time of researching them, which has been several years back. Was hoping others could fill in the blanks if the names were ever run across by other researchers.

Your info has been added to the memorial.
I loved reading your bio. I knew very little about my family when I began. My parents and both grandmothers died at an early age so I had very little to start, but have learned sooooo much in the years since.

Thank you for the kind message! I just got out of hospital, not ding much yet. I placed Rev. Isaac E. Wright's complete Pension application #4639 (by his wife) on his memorial #4375828 for you to copy. Co E, Border's Regiment was Cavalry. I wish I had a copy of marriage license; the courthouse in Trinty Co. burned late 1800s; this penson states they married April 1858, hopefully it will help you. What military info did you find on Rev. Robert Dickerson Wright? The best source for Wrights history I have found is Genealogy of Barbara S. Byley and Leo Wright online. It is well worth reading. |skyquest||Re: Martha Augusta Wright|
Hello - I transferred this memorial to you to manage and edit. The contributor for your Mother's memorial passed away, so you can go to her memorial, click edit as usual, mention the contributor has passed away & that you are requesting a transfer of her memorial to you to manage & edit & give your relationship to her & your member name & number. It may take up to a month. Then you will only have one memorial for her. Best Wishes - skyquest
