|MW||RE: Margaret Anne Perkins Head 78085580|
I'm sorry, don't know which paper it comes from. Margaret is my grandfather's aunt, she moved up from LA to live with my grandparents after her husband died, so likely from a Chico, California area paper.
But I found the obituary on familysearch:

Thank you for the edits for Rubie Armour. I was able to go through your evidence tonight. I am in complete agreement with you that Rubie's father is Charles. Thank you for tracking him down and putting the family together.
I want to learn more about tracking down divorces from the early days. It is easy to do now, but to find a divorce from the early 1900s is not so easy.
Thanks again. Keep those edits coming please when you have time!

I wish I had had your sense when it came to how much I put on ancestry! I am glad to have it all now, but with the DNA matches, I get 1000th cousins, which I have 0 interest in! (Really, not past 8th or 10th.)

Meredith, do you know if they (the church) have a compiled listing of their burials there? I emailed the church a while back and requested the contact info for the cemetery committee head and got a little info, she was going to get back with me about a question and haven't heard from her since....

|Gerry Hill||Hey Gal|
I ran into someone the other day that used you or your material- as a ref., and started wondering about you-and decided today to try to find you.
I have been on here since about the time it started- and on ancestry, now about 6 or 7 years.
Last June-a year ago, I lost my data base, with a computer crash and two backups from Office Depot that were no good. Or one was read only, and I took it back, they said they could correct it- and "accidently erased " it. And some that would not work with Windows 10 - and etc.etc. SO I limp along with only what I had typed on ancestry.
I was working with two DNA matches on my (And your) Chappell's, and ran into one I had the child and Mother born born, I think 1840- well, I checked Google, and ancestry- and no one had any better dates than I did! So there is still plenty to work on. I have Never been happy with Nancy Chappell's dates, and now a Thomas (I looked it up it was Elizabeth Jones birth- and her Mother Sarah Rebecca Lewis the same- I changed to made up estimates, of abt 1663 for Elizabeth and abt 1632 for her Mother- Had to change James too- as he was the same age as a brother might be. And nothing online helped even a little. But I guess that keeps me going- at 80 now-this week. Gerry Hill-Albany Ga

I believe you are correct but I'm concerned that the stones lists his middle name as Robert- not Randolph. The 1910 census does list him as Randolph but it also has his sister's name incorrect. I'm going to keep his middle name as Robert for now and check at the cemetery on my next trip to see if they have any additional info.

Hi, Meredith. Thank you much for that record! That is actually the 3rd spelling I am aware of! My uncle has a letter from James to Julia before they were married addressed to Julia "McKenna". I have a photocopy from the JS Brown Bible births/deaths in which he spelled out McKenney.

You're welcome! Are you still working on the Brown/Ferguson families? The information you have posted has been great. I especially love the picture of Thomas Dixon Ferguson, my third great-grandfather. He is quite dapper!

I requested a photo of this grave and somebody stated the cemetery office has no record of this person and deleted the photo request.
Do you have any other info that states they were buried in Alexander Cem., Erath, Tx other than the death record that states they were buried in Alexander?

Hello cousin! I have found a lot number and district number for him but hsvmt a clue how to apply that to modern times! Do you know where his land was on Murder Creek?
Added by Krissy Mitchell on Apr 16, 2017 8:24 PM
Meredith, You have added my 5th Great Grandfather! I am feverishly looking for the burial place of his Father.
Sorry, My 5th is Robert Marcus Mitchell buried at Harmony Grove in Barrow County, along side his wife.
His Father, Richard Madison Mitchell, sometimes referred to as Uncle Dick, Owned land along Murder Creek in Jasper County GA. If you can help me in anyway I would so appreciate it! And thank you for all you do!

|kandota||RE: Frank & Clara Edberg|
After seeing the errors in reporting of age (y-m-d) in cemetery records, I am hesitant to use it to calculate & list an exact birth date. I will go as far as the month, since the 1900 census confirms that.

Thank you Meredith for the correction. It is not necessary to send me an edit and then to send it again as an email. I check several times daily and process the edits normally within 24 hours. Find A Grave editors will automatically do the edits after 21 days, in the case if something should happen to me and I couldn't do them. I have corrected the date.

If you know yours is correct, send an email to the edit at find a grave dot com email address and ask them to merge the misplaced one into your correctly placed entry. It will take a few weeks for them to do it but that's the way to solve the problem.
