Spalthoff, Anthony
The St. Francis Historical Society is looking for information and photos of Anthony Spalthoff, the sculptor. He did some pieces for the old St. John's School for the Deaf back in the 1920s, 30s. I see that there is a photo on his mother, Ludovico Josephine Lippe Spalthoff Findagrave site.

You're welcome for the transfer.

Your message indicates you left some additional Hawley memorial edits, and you might want to recheck because I have no further edits from you.

Best regards,

Dr Clark W Hawley #114555990
I found in my research that Clark Webster Hawley Sr is listed twice in Findagrave.

Numbers are 114555990 (incorrect cemetery)
& 44124324 (this is where he is buried)

I called Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery today and they do not show a listing for his burial.

Please delete this entry as it is wrong burial place.(114555990)

If you look up Elmwood Cemetery reading at,H/40.html
You will see him and his wife listed her name is Edna Virginia Chittenden Hawley

Thank you so much for correcting this entry.

I will ask FindAGrave to merge the memorials (in about 30 days to give the owners time to do something if they want) so that none of the gathered information will be lost.

You have info on his mother, but not his father. Just thought I would give you a heads up. What would we do without you. God bless, Maddy

Alice Monet Wright Hawley

I am a distant cousin of Alice's. You have her buried in New York. But Mount Auburn Cemetery, in Cambridge, MA has her in their columbarium, next to her sister Helen B. Wright. Is she buried in New York, or is her name simply on the marker as a centotaph?

Hawley Children
Your email is not working. Tried to send this twice.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply. I only have information on death of two other children. Are you interested in Marriages and children of the Hawley children?

Lizzie died at age 35 of a cerebral hemorrhage. HTTPS:// Married name Seily. She died 02/06/1915 in Pelham, Massachusetts. Buried at Pelham Valley Cemetery.

Myron died age 27 in Amherst, Mass. He was married to Edna Graves. He was struck by an automobile. Buried at Pelham Valley Cemetery

I will let you know if I come across any of the other six.....

Are you a professional Genealogist? I am having the hardest time trying to find out where my grandmother is buried. She is in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I have called the church, cemeteries in Cambridge and funeral home. Some have no record of her and others have not called me back. The funeral home went out of business and nobody knows where the records went. I can't find a death certificate on line....sooo frustrating. Any suggestions?

RE: Isaac & Chester Hawley photo
Yes, I am a Hawley descendant and will be happy to share my branch of the tree. I was in Amherst in September for one day, and visited several cemeteries in search of Hawley and other family names. I've got another genealogy project that I need to get wrapped up in the next week or so, and after that I will get some information to you.
