Hello, Sorry to inform you that I don't know anything else about him. Only what his gravestone said.

RE: Almina Ellwood
It will be fine in a couple days, I have seen this before. If this does not get straight I will delete one and create a new and then link.
We will get it though.

RE: Almina Ellwood

I am so sorry but you are the one that sent edits first and then sent a notice informing me it was a duplicate so I deleted the duplicate like you ask. However I had processed the Edits you had sent first.

I processed your requests and deleted the memorial as well as you ask, nothing more I can do here.

You brought to my attention of duplicates for the Ellwoods, but spelled with one "L" so I deleted the Dups as you requested while that was going on you had sent Edit request for the Duplicate's. This will go away however if you click on the husbands only one will come up the other will say deleted.

RE: Wm. Donaldosn
Dear AZ Susi, Thank you for the kind offer, but as I said before, the only close relative I have with the Donaldsons is Mary Della (Smoot) Donaldson, who married Austin Ira. I also feel very responsible for the memorials I manage, to work them into the best shape. I also try to add information for others when I can. Which brings me to Ivy Henry Donaldson, his death certificate, WWI & WWII Draft Reg., gravestone and other records all site his birth as Feb.7,1880, only one record states 1879 which you have. His death is Feb.15,1975 in Boonville, Warrick Co., Indiana. You have Daviess and no date other than 1975. Should I send edits or not?

Declining edits
Dear Susi, I have sent almost 2000 edits and I only got one other decline besides yours. Please, if I ever send an edit you disagree with, please, please, let me know and I will delete it. It is like a big black mark on my record that NEVER goes away. You have no idea, how hard I try to make my edits correct and how they are almost never appreciated. So, for the future if you would, please, please, let me know. Thanks, Lily

RE: William Donaldson
Dear AZ Susi, Thanks for the reply. I think this is one of those times the gravestone is wrong, (sometimes it's the lack of knowledge of the informant on the death cert., I've seen that). When I checked my research his birth date on the 1900 census, it also says July 1828. It was a good idea to leave a note on the memorial. I am good either way, just wanted to know as I do care very much about research and the details. Thanks again. Lily

William Donaldson
Dear AZ Susi, You declined my edit for Wm. Donaldson memorial#61456673 I changed his dob from 1828 to 1829 (which it clearly is on his gravestone) Can you tell me why? Thanks, Lily

Dear AZ Susi, OK, so we're not cousins, it's still nice to know another friendly Find-A-Graver and a fellow researcher also. Here's hoping the new year will bring us research breakthroughs. Lily

RE: John B. Donaldson
Dear AZ Susi, Your generous offer made my day. So does the fact that we might be distant cousins. I am related to the Donaldsons through Austin Ira Donaldson who married my relative Mary Della Smoot. Here is what I have been doing over the past year. I started with my direct relatives the Smoot and Gregory families in Veale Creek B.C. Cem. and started to weave them all together. For each memorial I research!!!, I add dob, dod, parents, spouses and children and a nice flower when I'm done. I have come to believe that I must be related to all 767 interments in Veale Creek. When I go to the library to print off research, (I don't have a printer) I just print all the info. I can find. So, I think I found a death cert. for John B. and added info. but, no I don't want his memorial. Thanks for the offer and let me know how you're related. Blessings, Lily

John Dennis
Hi there,
You sent me an edit re John Dennis being a duplicate. It's not possible that they are the same person. The John Dennis you said was the original died in 1904, and the John Dennis in my memorial died in 2015. That's 111 years apart! The only thing in common about them is the name.

Thanks anyway.

RE: David Fathauer
Ooops! I did not know. Sorry!

Added by S.R.F. on Nov 11, 2016 10:27 PM

RE: David Fathauer
Actually, he was separate from the other Fathauers who are in Fairlawn Cemetery, although his name appears on his wife's stone.

I think I found his "memorial" when I did a search under his name on ancestry. I knew he was the same David F on the wife's stone, and in the City Directories, he was listed as David Fulton Fathauer. Since his mother's maiden name was Fulton, I figured it was him.

I couldn't enter a cemetery for him, because you didn't.

RE: David Fathauer
Oh, I did not know that you were related. I did submit some edits for the info I found...I did not find a death date, and I did not know how to edit the cemetery location. I cannot respond by email today as I have too much on my plate already. I will have to get back in touch with you later.

Ted Myers
AZ, your memorials is the only one listed, and as far as his death, where ever he died in Richmond, he still would have been buried in the Richmond National. And he is listed as "Unknown" otherwise he would have a Plot number, which he does not. Ted

Hi Suzi,

My only connection to Oscar is geographical. I was born and raised in Jefferson County, and have many family members buried in its cemeteries. I just created the other memorials in the cemeteries to help other people find their relatives' final resting places.
