Meekins Family Cemetery Report
Ive decided that I am just going to link the memorial I created for Jonathan Meekins, Lydias father, to her, instead of creating a duplicate memorial. After some thought, I realized that is unnecessary. :)

Meekins Family Cemetery Report
I forgot to include the link to the report. To verify the information, please feel free to contact Debbie Hacker with the Chicora Foundation, which can be found on the memorial I created for Jonathon Meekins Sr. (1730-1830).

Meekins Family Cemetery
Hi Jim,
First, I want to thank you for your all that you do to preserve our history! Secondly, I wanted to let you know that I discovered a report by Chiroca Foundation regarding the Meekins Family Cemetery. The report speculates that James Edwin Spears and Lydia Meekins (my 5th great-grandparents) are possibly buried in the Meekins Family Cemetery also located in Marlboro County, South Carolina. I contacted the Chiroca Foundation and spoke with Debbie Hacker, and she stated that both cemeteries can be used since no one really knows for sure where the Meekins are resting.
I wanted to let you know that I am going to make a secondary memorial for the Meekins (i.e. James Spears & Lydia Meekins). I do not want either one to be deleted, is it possible to link the memorials together?

James Hassel DuBose
Good evening,
Just doing some Ancestry research and it appears you have posted James Hassel DuBose twice; once under 120213500 and the other under 120213507. The links to the parents appear to be correct.
Thanks

Pleasant greetings
You created a memorial for Thomas Archibald Robert 35099325 in Elmwood Cemetery and included a photo of the grave stone. Would you possibly remember which square the Roberts are buried in at Elmwood?
Thanks
R Young

There’s a bit more info on one than the other, but both excellently done and documented. Not that it really matters, but can be a bit confusing – do you think you could possibly consolidate the 2013 site with the earlier one?

Thanks

Memorial# 30418281
On the above memorial you stated that it was hard to read and you weren't sure if this information was correct.

I am wondering if this person could possibly be Mrs. Henry James (H.J.) DuBose (Jane Kelley) B: 18 Dec 1822 in Kellytown, Darlington County, SC. D: 04 Jul 1855 in Cypress, Lee County, SC.

There are children buried here that belong to her husband and his 2nd wife. Just wondering since I can't find her buried any place else.

Thank you, S. Caulder

I supplied names and Find A Grave number for her parents. Her mother's death date is wrong and I sent in a correction to the other site. She died 4/7/1915 not 1954!

Hello, Jim. I loaded a picture of Ila Gibson Tyler's headstone to your memorial. I then noticed it had her burial listed as Flynn Cemetery. However, her headstone is located in Pierce cemetery, next to her husband Henry. Just thought I would pass that information on to you.

Susanna Scheible 41045092
Jim, I just submitted an edit for the birthplace of Susanna Scheible, 41045092, b 18 Dec 1718, in Lomersheim, Enzkreis, Baden-Wurttemberg. This is a small town north of Stuttgart and near Vaihingen an der Enz where her future husband was born. The records of the Evang. Kirche in Lomersheim (LDS film #1,187.010) as well as research by Don Joder (you probably know of him as he is a well-known Hepler researcher of the past). Anyhow, I figured you might want to change the location of her birth. Thanks. Maureen

Jim nice work on the Kiesewetter plot! I'm going thru the Oaklawn cemetery and make sure every grave has section - plot and grave number down. you had the section right but we don't use row #.
This way anyone can go to the city web page and pull up the map and find section and plot numbers. For grave numbers you start counting at the most north eastern grave which would be grave one and go clockwise counting. Thank you for your pics and work! Todd Barnes cemetery supervisor
