Robert Simeon Dameron Photo
Thank you SO much for posting these two photos of this Dameron grave in Burleson. The CSA marker was a surprise; I knew he had served but had not found a military record with the info on the tombstone. You're a gem!

RE: Ledbetter
Doy, Since you put the photo on, you have to remove it, I cannot even as the manager, I tried. I found this out the hard way, as I did the same thing. Thank you again. Vera

Doy, I don't think you realized you put the tombstone photo twice on William's #31638819 twice. Don't know if you want to remove one. I truly appreciate you taking the photo for me. Vera

RE: Howeth
Heck no!!!!
Leave your photo.. no need to do it all again. I went to her memorial page and there was a photo there already and wondered what happened. Thanks buddy, the credit is all yours. The main thing is that the family member has a photo as requested.

Susan Bronston Hutson
RE: Eliz Huston
Not really. If there is no stone, we may never know.

A Washam researcher, says

"According to Mansfield Historical Society, Nov 11, 2001: 'The area where the present Rendon Cemetery stands was deeded to the community by W.L. Norwood in 1897. The first grave is disputed to be either Elizabeth (Lizzie) Huston, a member of the Washam family, or as another source reports, the grave of a baby resting under present F.M. 1187.' "

He said this in the section of his genalogy on Lottie Elizabeth & Harrison R Hutson.

Michael Johnston Mayes
Edward Mayes

I see you took the picture of the headstone for Anthony Mayes in Hebron Cemetery in Greene Co Alabama. I was wondering since you had been to this cemetery if you know if Edward Mayes, Anthony's brother, is buried there? Edward is my 3rd great grandfather and I have been unable to find his burial place but thought it likely he is at the same cemetery as his brother since he died in Green Co AL as well. Edwards info: birth 1775
death 7-25-1848.
Thank you!
