Well I did tell you once before I could not delete it. I turned the ownership over to you. You can now make changes if you wish.

Listen here. I created the memorial. I DID NOT POST THE FN PICTURE, AND I CAN NOT DELETE IT. NOR DO I GIVE A CRAP WHAT IS POSTED AFTER I CREATE IT. I CAN NOT EVEN DELETE YOUR STUPID PICTURE. Do not bug me again or I will report you for harrassment. If you have a problem with it .Talk to Find a Grave.

Thomas Jones stone
Hi Randall - Thomas is my G-grandfather. I wanted to ask you if the crack in the stone is very bad. Does it look like it might topple over? I wonder how much to maybe fill in the crack.

Hi Randell
I am the granddaughter of Delfina Tarin Puente and see that your last name is Tarin as well and wondered if you are related to my grandmother Delfina? I am currently working on our family tree and read some interesting things on the Tarin family in the Handbook of Texas online.

Take care and look forward to hearing from you.

Re: Maria Josefa Garcia
Well, now you have me looking for my initial reference to the name "Maria" Josefa Garcia. I am not certain where I found the Maria part of it.I will need to look through some more records.

However, it is probably unimportant at this point in time since that particular memorial is already set up by another member and my great grandmother is merely set up as Josepha Garcia Gonzales, Josefa having been misspelled and I have in a request to that member to correct that spelling. And I have no problem dropping the Maria at this point in time without my knowledge as to where I first found the reference.

We will get it all squared away eventually. :)

Sorry for some of the redundancy. I had not read what I wrote to you previously and then noted that I had written to you the relationship already. Did not mean all of that to sound condescending in any way. :)

RE: Petra Josefa Lombrana 134857626

Petra Garcia Lombrano is one of my great aunts. We are looking at the same death certificate I believe and my great grandparents are both listed there. However, the name listed is Lombrana, which judging from the penmanship of the person filling out the form, it was written down incorrectly. Her husband, Lino Lombrano is listed correctly in his death certificate. And actually, if you look at the upper right hand corner of Petra's death certificate, the last name is spelled again correctly as Lombrano.

I am left wondering though, if she is buried in Paso de los Garzas Cemetery, or at our family cemetery which would be the Ruiz-Herrera cemetery. I think a lot of the mortuary homes listed incorrectly the place to which they were actually going.

I also do not see her listed in documentation that I have regarding the burials at Paso de los Garzas, but it might be incomplete.

I am trying to reach one of my cousins who is one of the caretakers of said family cemetery to see if she has a listing of her grave there. I have not had much luck reaching her today. Hopefully tomorrow I will have more information.

In the meantime, I am trying to link my great grandparents to her. Can you do that for me while we await confirmation of said information? Thereafter, if you don't mind, I would like transfer of her memorial to me for maintenance if you are OK with that.

I will list their numbers via the website. Thanks for your help.

Petra Josefa Lombrana 134857626
Petra is one of my great aunts and I was wondering where you located the middle name of her mother Josefa "Perez" Garcia. Josefa would be my great grandmother. I have been trying to find out her middle name and noticed your listing of "Perez" on Petra's bio, but I don't see it listed in the death certificate. Is it in one of John Ogden's works by any chance? Thanks!

Randell, I have a copy of her death certificate and it states she was buried in Atlanta Cemetery, Atlanta, Cass Co., Texas.

I am not sure about this information. I have known death certificates to be wrong.

James Pohl
Thomas Robert Kemp
Hello Randal. Do you have any information on the family of Thomas Robert Kemp? Thomas married into my Rogers family. His wife is Katherine Eliza Jane Rogers daughter of Thomas Jefferson Rogers from Mokane Mo. Their children are Alice Pauline Kemp and Ethel Omega Kemp (1900-1996). I see Alice has a page on this site, do you know if there is a page for Thomas' wife Katherine. The information I have says they are all buried in Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas Texas. Thanks in advance for your help.

RE: Hazel Blevins

I have added the info to Hazel. Thank you for your persistence. (Not a pest) Lol
I did a search after adding it and it comes up as no cemetery. However it does show up in the burial info on her memorial.

Hazel Blevins
Hello Randell,

I have received two separate sac's from you concerning Hazel. For the life of me, I can't figure out what you want me to change. I have never had Hazel in a cemetery as your first sac would suggest:

Find A Grave contributor Randell Tarin has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Hazel Blevins.
Link to memorial:

Their suggestion:
I messaged the cemetery where her husband was buried and they confirmed that not only is she not buried there, the family sold the empty plot. There was also a very non-specific note that she had been buried "elsewhere".

As you must know, I have her as burial unknown. The information came from the newspaper that published her obituary. Then today, you sent this SAC. Please tell me what you would like me to do with this info:

Find A Grave contributor Randell Tarin has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Hazel Blevins.

Their suggestion:
I discovered the following information about Mrs. Blevins from the funeral home.

Dear Randell,

I found Mrs. Blevin's death record. She was a cremation. There was not an internment handled through us. Her son Wynn handled all of the arrangements. You may be able to ask him where she was inurned or scattered.

Please let me know if we can be of further assistance.

Normally I am not this much of a block head, but for some reason I do not know what it is for sure you want me to add/take away from her memorial. As I said before, she has never been listed in a cemetery. Do you want me to add that she was cremated? That there was no interment? Do you want your notes added to the obit? Please inform me of your desire for Hazel.

Thank you,

Thank you for noticing the duplicate. I wrote the other contributor and told them about theirs being a duplicate of mine. I hope they will move the info to my page unless they are directly related; in which case, I will transfer to them :)

Hi Randell,

Just wondering if you are related to this individual and if you are aware of her historical significance? She was recognized by the State of Alabama as a heroine of the civil war. I can send you the story if you'd like to include it in the bio section of her memorial? Just let me know. Its a fascinating story.

Best regards

I've added the information your supplied. Do you have any information about the name Hobbs for this lady. I ask because I am a descendant of Lewis Hobbs who settled in Van Zandt County and I my great-grandmother was a Mayfield.

RE: Jack French 42427360
I added more details to the memorial. Please DO NOT consolidate the two memorials, as I think it's important that he is also memorialized in his hometown where the family placed the cenotaph. I linked him to where he is buried in Belgium.
He was originally buried in the Azores, which is
reflected on the marker that his family placed at the time. I don't have the actual date, but I think he was reburied between 1947-49.

Thank you for allowing me to add the story.

Best regards,

You sent me an email about Isabella being listed as her own sibling. Apparently that is how that new link is working...I have checked several of my entries and they are always linking that way. Part of the new system I guess.
