I have been to all these grave sites because they are my family members.

(Robert N. Simpson is my G G Grandfather, his father was Robert W. Simpson and his Father was Nathaniel Simpson).

Nathaniel Simpson died in Tennessee but his sons and brothers came to Mississippi about 1830. I have many relatives that still live in the area.

Not sure if any of this helps you, but I haven't come across anything yet about relatives in AL. but you never know.

My husband and I both have Coffeys in our family tree but I don't find James or Maggie. Most of our relatives are in Jackson County and Ryland (Shiloh Cemetery) is in Madison County. I will try to do a little work on that part of my tree - they are only distant relatives. Good Luck!!

I found 2 links for you. But the DOB is 1882 on one and 1879 on the other, but both have same DOD and other info is the same.

Only have a few Zurcher pictures. My Mother and my grandmother Lily had a falling out so I never talked to her about her family, I've found out everything since she passed away. Most of my info is coming slowly from ancestry and find a grave.

Clara Mayfield
Hi, I noticed that you put Clara as your great-grandmother and I was curious which child was your grandparent. Lily Violet was my grand mother. Thanks.

RE: Rebecca Jane Brewer
Yes, Junebug, you have it all correct. Samuel Simpson and Rebecca Jane Brewer were married 02 Sep 1870 according to the Alabama Marriage Collection 1800-1969. Also, on the 1900 Census, it states they were married 29 years. I will e-mail you to the e-mail address listed on Find A Grave.

Hello Cousin
Found you in Find A Grave, what a pleasure to see you researching our family. Wish one day to visit you when and if I am back in Huntsville again. Since retiring I have moved up to the California Central Coast and out of the Desert. Much more tolerable and since were closer to the ocean a lot cleaner with the fresh ocean air.

Cemetery Photos
I thank you for all the photos you've added. I've done some of my entries from transcriptions and that explains why there is no photo of the stone and also why there may be errors in the dates. Im more than happy to correct them if you find them as you upload. Thanks

Junebug, Thank you so very much for the transfer of Middleton and his wife Sarah. LOVE THE PICS!!!! It is so wonderful to have volunteers such as yourself go into these cemeteries that have overgrown to get photos. I have done this in Dallas and it is no picnic. Your contributions to Find A Grave are greatly appreciated. Happy New Year!
