RE: Frank Allen & Kittie Stratton
Just to let you know, Wyuka cemetery is the most beautiful and well cared for cemetery that I have ever seen. The director/caretaker is very helpful with any request. A booklet called "Wyuka A place of Rest, Nebraska City's Pioneer Cemetery" was published in 2010. Walking tours have been offered to the public for many years. I was so fascinated that I ended up taking a photo of every marker in the cemetery over many trips there.

Barbara James
Family History of Markwell Moore Hopper
My Grandmother Marion Iva Hopper did research in the 1940's and wrote a book regarding the Markwell Moore Hopper Families. Her mother was Sarah Jane Markwell Hopper Fulks. At that time she wrote numerous letters to many people in the area, but mainly a Mamie McCann did the research. Information regarding Marriages, wills, deeds, deed transfers, etc are included. This was not a published book, but only enough copies were made to satisfy the immediate family. Some interesting stories are also included. I will be happy to share some of the information if requested.

Children of John Jackson and Eura Newhouse
Hi! David Jackson (Find A Grave Memorial# 35318534) was the son of John Jackson and Eura Newhouse. He married Nancy McAllister (Find A Grave Memorial# 35318569) and moved out to Lancaster County, NE, after the Civil War. You could include him in your virtual cemetery for this family group as well. Nancy McAllister was the daughter of John (Find A Grave Memorial# 54242616) and Mary Graton (Find A Grave Memorial# 54186699) McAllister.

Amelia Mildred Markwell
Memorial #67738994 has a death date for Amelia Mildred Markwell as 1 May 1835 but the picture of the tombstone clearly says died 1820. Could you resolve these differences? Thank you.

Armstrong History
Elizabeth Markwell
Hi - Can you help me with some information about Elizabeth Markwell? I have info that she was born in 1778 - Maryland and died May 3 1852 in Fleming County Kentucky. Elizabeth was married to John Warrick (1778-1849) who is a relative. I understand that Elizabeth's parents are William Markwell (1750-1756) and Mildred Emilia Hurst (1756-1820). Do you know where Elizabeth is buried and would you have a photos? Thanks

RE: Jennie Mulvihill

Thanks for the message. I had just found out recently that I am related to Bridget Mullane Mulvihill through her brother James Mullane. James and his brother Patrick lived in Manitowoc County, Wis. He is my great great grandfather. Is Bridget is your direct line? I would like to be able to connect them to their parents but don't know where they are buried.

RE: Sarah Logan
I am not related and I don't know the family at all.
I find "copy" and "paste" works good, then one can just delete and add as needed when receiving new information.

Thanks for the offer, Louise

William Newhouse
I wanted to bring to your attention that you created a duplicate memorial for the same person. William Newhouse has two memorials at Little Blue River Cemetery and both appear to have been created by you. Would you mind deleting one, please.

Thank you for trying on the photo -- he died in the 1920s, left one daughter, who has since died. There ARE no relatives. Especially since he is a WOodsman of the World, the idea that they didn't want a marker seen by the public is pretty absurd. There's no one to object to sue them, either, so the no photo thing strikes me as ridiculous and unenforceable. Anyone can walk through there with a camera phone. Having worked in a cemetery once, I think it's probably to cut down on visitors to the office wanting lookups. But that's my rant and no fault of yours! I appreciate your effort!

Do they need written permission? And does it have to be her children or can it be a nephew?
