|BrideyLight||Pat Bruno, Memorial # 84435184|
Dear Ruth Ryan: Pat Bruno was an old and dear friend of mine. He built the Mollohan Castle (which a cornerstone he placed inside the castle reads: "Built By King Richard [aka Richie] and Queen Frances of Bruno") and I watched him at times unloading bricks from his old pick up truck so he could add another masonry course to his castle! What a character he was! I would like to kindly request a transfer of his memorial to me. I'll try to contact a daughter of his and also contact several other old friends of his for some goodies to place on his memorial. Joan Meyers is Pat's sister. Kind regards, Bridey Light

Ruth - I would be happy to take over the memorial for Watson Gienger, my great grandfather. My member # is (#48502606). I am new to this, but am looking forward to helping others as I have been helped by Find-A-Grave. Thanks! Beverly Nappen

I would like to take over for the Bedford line...they are buried in Glenwood, in W. Long Branch and also in Red Bank...

It's perfectly ok. I'll do my best to keep up with them until a family member comes along :)

I just noticed that you transferred the Cattanach's to me. I'm not actually related to them. They have a plot near my father in Calvary, which is how I added them. When I add a memorial, I like to research the family as much as possible, which is how I was able to find some family connections. I don't mind managing them. I also don't mind transferring them back.

|Cab||RE: Greenlawn Cemetery, WLB|
Thanks so much for the details about the cemetery. I need to be sure that I won't spend an inordinate amount of time hunting for the markers, because I have about an hour scheduled for this cemetery. Also, along with dangling trees, I'm a little concerned about snakes, woodchucks and other sordid characters I may find in the unmowed areas.
Here's a list of my closest cousins in Greenlawn. How hard to you think it would be for me to find these graves by myself?
Anderson, George 1891-1984
Applegate, Louisa (Woolley=maiden) 1862-1934
Asay, Joseph B 1879-1956
Harvey, Stephen 1842-1879
Harvey, George 1878-1886
Harvey, Stephen Henry 1879-1952
Harvey, Walter Smock 1876-1954
Van Huel, Benjamin 1854-?
I really appreciate your help. Coming from Florida leaves me clueless about what I may find.

|Cab||Greenlawn Cemetery, WLB|
Let me revise my previous message a bit. I just reviewed your Greenlawn site, which was helpful for the directions and a mailing address.
As for the grave locations, is there anyone who can help me with this? Even if I can get some idea (SW corner, for example) of where the graves are, that would be better than nothing. Since I will have a short amount of time at the cemetery, I need to be as prepared as possible.

Can I copy the two photos on his memorial for use in my Ancestry.com family tree?
Also, do you know how I can get plot information for others buried in Greenlawn Cemetery in West Long Branch? Other than the USGW Archives list, I don't find any address or contact information for the cemetery. I will be traveling from Florida to Monmouth County to visit my ancestors' graves during July 5-10.
Thanks - Cathy Barbano

|cara||Harry Emmons, MT/NJ|
Although the article said Harry was buried at Sand Coulee, MT, he did not appear on the county cemetery listing, not too unusual in those early days. Then I began to wonder if he might have been moved at a later date. When I did a search, the NJ Harry Emmons came up. I don't have any further information, not even where he was born.

|Michael wolcott||a bit of confusion|
There are two men who are named Charles Van Brunt - one is Charles A. Van Brunt - he is 141047556
the other Charles Van Brunt is 5022773
The information for Charles A. Van Brunt wound up with the other Charles - where you have the picture of Charles with his wife Mary E. (Dennis) Van Brunt is incorrect.
The picture is located at 5022773 - the stone is for Charles A. Van Brunt and his wife Mary E. (Dennis) Van Brunt
and it belongs actually at 141047556
The Charles who is at #5022773 had two wives but neither is named in his obituary.
Thanks for helping me to clear this up.
