You are very welcome. It's make us really happy to be able to uncover grave markers that haven't been seen in years. Louisa's marker was so unique. Haven't seen any like that before - with the death dates beside the first name. We noticed that there is another Watrous at Royal Palm - that being Edgar (1859-1945). Is that any relation? Didn't see any marker for him - but we can keep our eyes open.
Also - my husband is a Mayflower Descendant too - John Alden.

Hello. My husband and myself were 'poking' around the older section of Royal Palm Cemetery this morning looking for several photo requests. We have uncovered many markers in this area - and today we uncovered Louisa Watrous marker stone.
It's very unique looking, and seeing you created her memorial page, we wanted to share our find with you. We have posted the photos we've taken on her memorial page.

Hello Les - I believe that Hannah was the second wife of Hosea and that his first 3 children were by his first wife, Parthena Smith.
I believe Parthena's 3 children were Philo, Lester, and Cynthia. So the only child on Find A Grave that is hers would be Eastman Bradford.
Please change the relationship links on your memorial to reflect this.
Thank you. - Janet (#47912540)

|MICHELLE (WELLS) WARD||Gerlach|
Hello Les, While I was at St Peters Lutheran Cemetery today I came across two headstones that I thought you would find interesting. One of them says Gerlach on it. The names are Caroline Dries? Gerlach and Johann Dries? They are next to eachother and not sure if they are related to you. I did take photo's if you are interested.

Oh, thank you for the kind offer, but you should keep the wives. I would never knowingly ask for a transfer of your family. Thank you for the kind offer.

It is much appreciated.

Thanks for the additional information about Anna Muller! I transferred management to you. I was taking photos in West Park Cemetery and thought it was an interesting stone. Thanks again for the additional information. Hope I got it right. :-)

|Gail||RE: Caroline Watrous|
The problem comes from the way Watrous is spelled in Woodmere's records. If you go to my website, www.woodmerecemeteryresearch.com, you will find the name spelled Waterous. So when I checked the files today, I didn't find a Caroline Watrous. I don't take photos for Find A Grave. I'm going through the request list on Find A Grave to clean it up. I volunteer at Woodmere but the staff is constantly having people come in from Find A Grave to do look-ups. The problem comes when we spend many hours looking up the records only to find that no one ever does anything with the information. The names have stayed on Find A Grave for years. You can post the request again and see if anyone will take a photo for you.

Thank you for the reply. I only wanted to report that I contacted Beach Memorial Chaple and they told me they cremated Charles Gerlach for the Barnard Barns Funeral home and then returned the ashes to them.

My pleasure Les!
They were tough pics to take with the monuments up high and no contrast on the stone insriptions. I didn't think I was going to get any legible images, but I used the night setting with no flash and that seemed to work the best!

I checked the records for Greenwood Cemetery under the name Letta Hines; Clodwick; and Hall and didn't find anything to indicate she was buried in Greenwood Cemetery.

Thanks so much for the beautiful photo of the gravesite of Elizabeth Bradford. Unfortunately, very few old tombstones have been placed in granite like Burial Hill in Plymouth. I appreciate your time in securing this photo. Richard.

Thank you, Les, for taking the photo of Elizabeth Brewster Bradford's headstone. Too bad it is in such bad condition. I guess the weather hasn't been kind to it in over 200 years. Thanks again. Pat

|Patricia Maher||Peter McRoberts|
Thank you, Les, for posting the up-to-date photo for Peter McRoberts. I have edited his death date. The stone is hard to read, so I will leave the birth date as is, for right now. Will edit it, if I find that the one that was already posted is wrong. The dates for Peter were already posted when I took over his memorial. I had no idea when he was born or died. Only that he was born in Vermont; died in Pittsfield, Lorain County, Ohio. Thank you again. Pat

Let me know if you have more info or if you want to set up a page for these before I add photos.

Thank you, Les, for posting Nahum's grave stone picture. As usual, you have done a wonderful job. I really appreciate being able to view so many of my ancestors' stones. I still have not been able to delete the duplication of my memorial posting.

|Patricia Maher||Lt. John McRoberts|
Thank you very much for taking the wonderful picture of John McRoberts, who was married to Lucy/Lucia Bradford, descendant of both Governor William Bradford and Elder William Brewster. Until I found your extensive work on FindAGrave, I didn't know there was a picture of his tombstone on the Internet. I was also able to find his daughter-in-law's picture. Prudence Clark was married to their son, James, who was my gggrandfather.
