I saw your name on this link below. I am new to Find a Grave and doing genealogy research so please excuse any naiivety. Do you have any idea where the information attached to this grave link comes from? This information below, may be slightly incorrect, or maybe not. I'd like to chat with who put in the info to compare records and see if I can learn more about my family history. I'm having a particular hard time with this ancestor's family background. There's some contradicting stories from various sources. Thank you, let me know if you would like to email or Facebook instead.

Elma Rodewald #114918409 and Hugo Rodewald #114918335
Hi, you have them in the new cemetery, but they are actually interred in the older Salem Ebenezer Reformed Church cemetery. When you correct this, contributor #47105797 wiill delete her later memorials for Elma and Hugo. Please let me know if you have any questions. You can also find them listed in the Salem Cemetery in the Manitowoc County Cemetery Transcriptions:
I will send you copies of their obits.

Dear Linda and William,
I sent an email to the address you provided above, but had not recieved a response from you.
My inquiry was in regard to photos on Eliza dth Wright's memorial. There are 3 group stone shots and two individual stone shots.
Since these are kind of repeats of each other, I was wondering if you would consider removimg one of your photos so that I can add a portrait?
Thank you for taking my request into consideration. If you will please leave me a message, I will know if I can add the photo.

Re: 89383388 John M. Turney, Sr
Hello! I was thrilled to see you had posted a memorial for John M. Turney, Sr. and one for his wife, Mary Jane Rogers.
In looking at the death date for John M. Turney, 1910, I have to wonder about that year.
I just recently found a death notice for John Turney in the Oshkosh Daily Northwestern, Dec 11, 1915.
It stated that John Turney, born in Mercer Co., PA May 1833, but moved to this area in early manhood.
He served 2 years in the Civil War. Four of his nine children and his wife survive. 'Interment was in the Liberty Cemetery. I also found a short notice in Green Bay Press Gazette, Tue Dec 14, 1915.
I found these on and have three articles 'clipped,' or I can send you a copy via an e-mail.

Gravestone photos.
In reviewing the Find A Grave memorials at Grace Lutheran, I was very impressed with your well done work! If you wish to find another cemetery to "shoot", may I suggest Our Savior Lutheran near Valders. I work with Shari Milks and try to add obits, photos, links, etc. to various cemeteries. Educational and enjoyable too!

I talked to Patty's sister today. She said that this is indeed her sister. Somehow the wrong date was put on the tombstone!

I didn't realize when I was looking up corrections/additions, that these are Emanuel's sisters and brother. As with Emanuel, I need Adelin and Marie (Picard) Le Comte's memorial links, in order to join the family members together. Thank you!

Photo composition
I have noticed on some of your family plot photos that you have been able to label each of the stones with the person(s)name. I take a lot of photos of extended family plots and would like to do the same but don't know how.

Would you please share with me how to do it.

Hello, we recently found another Erskine in the Chinook area. His name is Eugene R. Erskine, Born on July 6, 1888 and Died Apr. 9, 1969. If you create the memorial I will gladly add the photo to it like you requested.

Also added a photo of Glenn G. Erskine other headstone. (non military headstone) It appears he was married to a Isabel J. Hope that helps.

RE: Mary E. (Grovogel) Paige
What you propose I do... invest the time to create a duplicate memorials of my in direct violation of the terms of the findagrave website, which I will not do. Any duplicate memorials and the work on them would get deleted.

I have been researching Mary and George for 20+ years because they are my great grandparents and my direct line. I am related by blood to both of them, not just Mary. You are not related by blood to George.

If they are so important to you then I have no doubt we have the same information and photos.

RE: Mary E. (Grovogel) Paige

Since you feel your great aunt connection is a closer relationship than my great grandmother and great grandfather connection (directl line) and you decline my request for a transfer, then you will also respectfully understand my immediate and complete withdraw of any and all permission to keep and use the photographs of them that are exclusively mine.

Sorry for not getting back to ya sooner. That is awesome that you are LDS. We cover the Havre ward and both the Chinook and Malta Branches, so we stay quite busy. My companion and I will be sure to take any other pictures of Erskine's headstones in the Kuper Cememtary. If we find will will send them to ya.
