|Kathy Bassett Davis||RE: Wilena Ann Bassett & Ernest|
Good to meet you too! Ernest was my great uncle along with Frank Sr, Arthur and step uncle Grant Cory. His brother Roscoe Owen Bassett was my grandpa. He was married to Grace Lee Bassett. I never really knew my Grandpa Roscoe cause he died when I was 2. I do remember Ernest. For some reason, they must have been visiting Roscoe and Grace and I was there. I was probably 5-9 yrs old and I went home with them to Muncie to spend the night. They said they didn't have any toys for me to play with so they stopped at some store and bought me a car to play with that's all the store had. It was a white convertible about a foot long.... Did they have kids later cause I don't remember any kids around?...Their father Robert and mother Jane are buried here in Alexandria, In.
My sister and a infant male cousin are buried on top of their coffins. That was during the depression when money was scarious. My email is email@example.com so maybe we could talk there.

|GM Walker||Snow Cemetery: Harley Watson|
Today I was on a bike ride on the trail that runs by Snow Cemetery. i had always wanted to walk through the cemetery. Now it's easier than ever! I had a camera and snapped a picture of the Harley Watson tombstone. It was laying flat. After taking the picture I stood it up for protection. At the tim I did not realize you had a photo request for this grave! Next time I am by there, I will take a look for your other one.

No. I am related to Riordans/Reardan by marriage and have become obsessed with the surname. The amount of time I have spent on them is insane. I went to a genealogy conference a few years back and there is a group of people who focus on "One Name." For some reason, I decided my one name is Riordan. I have focused mostly on Riordans in the Chicago area and Flagstaff, Arizona, since my connection to the family began in the Chicago suburbs. LOL

Andrew is the same guy. I typed in the wrong year of birth. I added his parents' names to the memorial.

Thank you for asking! No, I don't have any Sontags in my family tree (that I know of yet), I just like to add information to memorials whenever possible. I appreciate your offer to transfer, but I am not related.

|Kay Beucler||RE: Mary A Davis|
My first thought was I had made a typo, so I checked the transcript, and it was entered per the transcript. Since many of the old stones can be difficult to read, I checked the Williams County death records. Mary Ann Davis died April 1877 of consumption in Pulaski Twp, Williams County, Ohio. She was 69yo, married, and was born in England. I hope that helps. If I manage any of your family you would like transferred, please let me know. Or, any other look ups.

Lori, thank you so much!!! You took a beautiful photo of the vault of Denise and now Art, her brother, is there too! Art was my first love, high-school sweetheart! But not puppy love...it was very real love. He was always so good to me! We remained friends all these years from 16 to 61, born exactly 3 weeks apart.
And Denise and I were very good friends, also. She would come and spend weekends with us often. This was back in Illinois, and we would swim and work on our tans and just hang out.
The picture you took means the world to me!
God Bless you!

Could you add that same picture to his site please???

Hi! In regards to your photo request, can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.
Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery: 708-344-5600
Oakridge-Glen Oak is a huge cemetery with well over 30,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there and take a photo of a grave. I go here regularly, and I should be able to take a picture shortly after receiving the grave location.
Thank you! Ace

|Gone Gravin ★||RE: Bethel Churchyard|
I was working from a 1970s era transcription so apparently the stone has been gone for a while. You might contact Meeks http://www.meeksmortuary.com/. Even if they didn't handle the arrangements, maybe they could get you into contact with the caretaker. Be sure to be clear about which cemetery since there are two by that name in the county.

My wife and I searched the whole cemetery today with out any luck. Coleman may be there but, all the older stones are so weathered which are impossible to read.
