RE: Billy Stringer
I'm afraid I'm not sure what you're referring to. I don't recall adding or managing a memorial for Billy Stringer, nor taking a picture of his headstone.

RE: Az D Nalley
I asked at the center and on the Family Research Facebook page if anyone knows who to see for the burials at the cemetery. Maybe we will get an answer.

I think you are probably right. As you can see on Harrison's stone I brushed aside the leaves. I do not dig, I do not want to get into it with Find A Grave or the Cemetery. It would reveal his death date to confirm it is Harrison and possibly Sarah is there unmarked if she died after him. We have a Obit index of deaths in the Messenger paper from 1842 to present you can view at the Daviess Co Library, sometimes it gives parents and siblings and burial location, it is great for this area.

Hopefully I sent you my pics from the Cemetery of the Nalley Family. Maybe you can zoom in and see more than I did. I find Harrison in the 1860 McLean Census but no Azra unless it is the Ann D which is the right age. I do not know who would have the Cemetery Books that would record the burials. We have a wonderful Family Research Center on the corner of Hwy 136 and 81 at the only stop light in Calhoun. The Research Center has a facebook page where you could ask that question and someone might know. I urge you to go to the Center and check out the family records and research material there, you will be amazed at the volume of material that is there.

RE: Elvira Conder Rankin
That explains why I kept missing it, spelled Conder and I tend to look for Condor.

Thanks. I also had the wrong month of death and I made a few other corrections. I know Rachel died 28 Aug 1903 but don't know where she's buried.

Graveside Groomers
St. Clair grave pix
Hi, I'm Teresa and I went to the Monroe cemetery today to try to find the St. Clair graves. The Sexton was there so I talked to him to see if he might have an idea where they were located. He said he didn't recall any St. Clair but that they had some Sinclair, do you think they are one and the same? I got a photo of a Harold Sinclair, but I'm also hoping to speak with the lady who has the records, so let me know if you want photos of Sinclairs.

Hannah H. Stringer
I didn't realize that you had posted a photo request for Harriet H. Stringer for Bluff City Cemetery until I went to edit the entry for another cemetery here in California and change the name and data on my entry rather than deleting it. You can find a Hannah Stringer listed as Hannah Amoret Perry Carpenter in Mountain View Cemetery, San Bernardino, CA if that is the one you are looking for. I had posted this entry in 2009, not realizing that my data was in error as the date of death was incorporate as well as where she was buried. Sorry for the confusion because when you click on the entry you are receiving from Find A Grave, you won't be looking at Hannah Stringer, but another individual. Sorry for the confusion in advance.
