I too use chalk and a digital camera to make sense out of the remnants of time ravaged stone. Particularly for the oldest of stones, it seems necessary because of the softness of them. Thanks again for your efforts.

Zebulon Mosher
Thanks so very much for the photo of Zeb's grave. I hope you are successful at transcribing the epitaph. I know how difficult it can be to raise the letters. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

RE: Foxes in Ballston Spa Village Cemetery

I appreciate your efforts. What a great way to spend a lunch break a little exercise from the jog and helping others with family photos.

Hello Gail,

Thank you so much for the picture you took of the McCochrane grave stone. I will share this with other family members. Living in Florida makes the task of getting to the cemetery there in Troy rather difficult.

Hi Gail,

That was an error, I meant to put the Cemetery in Troy. My apologies, it has been corrected. Hope you and your family are good too. I am crazy busy these days with 3 kids and working full time but loving life just the same.

Might be up that way this summer, will let you know. :)

Eleanor Stuart McKinney Dolan
Cooper family
In going over the two pictures and trying to read them, could you maybe help me out.
Clifton Park Baptist Church
Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York
Cooper, John, Jennie, Bertie, Edward, Francis and Eddie
John 1839 to 1917
Jennie M. 1840-1900
Bertie 1875-1891
Edward 1870-1947
Francis ? - ?
Eddie 1897-1900
I am not sure of Francis dates, and Eddie? Are the rest correct. I so far don't know who Eddie and Francis are?
Now for Henry W. I guess there was not a death date??
Thanks again.

Gail thank you so much for all of the great pictures that you took of my family gravesites. Wish I could have been with you in person. One learns so much from the gravestones.
I do appreciate all of your work.

RE: Malcolm Eddy

Have a nice vacation!!!! I have them out for picture. You can go in and put claimed on them so no one else will go.

Anytime you get a chance to go to St Agnes is fine by me. I am happy that you gave me the idea to call the funeral home. I have done it in the past with others, but just hadn't thought of it with the Eddys. I did looke up the funeral home for Mary Eddy and it was out of business. Maybe that is what stopped me.

RE: Samuel Stocker

Thomas Dunne went and took some of the pics in the fall of the Ubers and Teresa Murphy is related to some of the other Ubers. Thomas contacted me and said there was so many leaves down he did not know whether he got all of the family. If you have time you could go look and cross reference them with the ones that are on findagrave. The Ubers are not related to our line except by Rosa Belle Stocker marrying into them. The relative I spoke with was Vivian Uber and she lives in Clifton Park.

Thanks again,

Hang on to that picture. I am sure he is in the tree somewhere. I will look and see if I can find him and you can either add him or I will and request the picture from you. Thanks again
