Yes, Amanda LuElla had several siblings. They are: Annie Catherine, Sarah Jane, Unknown infant Daughter, Unknown infant Son, William Jefferson, Samuel Wesley, and Richard Phillip. I hope this helps. Elaine

Amanda LuElla Allen was the daughter of William John (Billy) Allen and Phoebe Horton. I am not familiar with the names you mentioned. If you find out anything else, though, please let me know. Amanda LuElla Allen Hill was my late husband's grandmother, James Dwight Everett. Thank you for your correspondence.

He very well could be buried nearby. Her stone is very hard to read, and there are several graves near hers marked only with rocks. There are also several stones that I can not make out what they say.

The cemetery has been in the process of being cleaned up, and from pictures I have seen, I imagine there were alot of stones lost in the underbrush. There are still a few sections I just can not get into.

Her stone is fairly well in the middle of the cemetery.

Cissy,

William James Stevenson is buried in the Visalia Cemetery, Visalia, California. Since there was not a memorial for him in the Visalia Cem, I created one and I am transferring it to you in a few minutes. I also have a copy of his obit. You may want to see it because some of the information is different than you sent me. Which is correct is up to you to decide.

You might notify the person who created the Tulare memorial for William and let them know about the mistake.

If your e-mail is listed, I'll send you the obit as an attachment.

I went back to the cemetery today and had the staff do a computer search for William Stevenson, 1800-1964. They found no record of him being buried at the Tulare Cemetery. Are you certain he died in Tulare? If you know he died in Tulare and have the date, I can check the obits for the local paper(they go back to 1884) and see if it said where he was to be buried. I've already checked the Tipton-Pixley Cemetery and there is no record for him there either. Let me know what you'd like me to do.

RE: William James Stevenson
Cissy,

Boy, do I feel stupid. I had to unexpectedly babysit my 2 yr and 4 yr old grandchildren with me and it looks like they distracted me more than I thought. I'll go back to the cemetery on Monday and recheck the grave registry. I don't think so, because I looked twice, but I may have missed the right name and date.

I deleted the incorrect photo from the memorial.

My apology.

Cissy,

I uploaded the photo. I'm not thrilled with it. For some reason, my photo program compressed a little too much and seemed to distort the marker a little. Take a look and if you'd like me to try again, let me know. It's no trouble.

There are ten additional Stevensons buried in the Tulare Cemetery. The dates behind their names were the dates they were interred. They are:

Stevenson, Jessie Young 2/21/1961
" , Mary Alva 9/26/67
" , Pearl Marie 8/19/1975
" , Robert Louis 12/31/1970
" , Jasiah Alexander 11/8/2004
" , Ned Ervin 12/6/1989
" , Carrie Coleta 6/17/1974
" , Elmer Charles 5/10/1976
" , Irenus Earl 6/19/64
" , Isabelle 5/9/47

If you wd like any of these photographed, just message me the memorial numbers and I'll take care of it for you.

Cissy,

I'll take the picture today and upload it this afternoon. If there are other Stevensons, wd you like their names so you can check to see if they're relatives.

McAtee
I noticed you already had photo requests for the McAtee graves in Mingo, WV. Harrison Henry McAtee is my great-great-great grandfather. Are you related? I have just located his son's obit (William Thomas McAtee) and found out they both served in the 19th Cavalry regiment for Virginia during the civil war. Contact me if you are interested in exchanging information. I am going to upload a picture for Harrison shortly.

Thanks
Mia

RE: Charlie Graham
Hi Cissy, You're very welcome.
I went out High Cemetery and took your Graham photos. I posted Charley C Graham Dec 12, 1897 - Dec 31, 1969. I have contacted Michelle who is owner of his memorial, asking her to add dates and his middle initial.
Someone has already added new memorials and photos for Allie Graham, H. Graham, Sarah Graham, and Tommy Graham with dates and photos.
I added memorials for Ola M Graham and James Carlton Graham along with photos.
Enjoy, Leona
