Let's Connect on our Family!
Hi Cynthia,

I am family to you. Adelaide Teague Vance is my maternal grandmother of husband of my great-aunt. I am in the line of Harriet>William>His Wife Earlina>her Mom Lizzie is my great grandmother.

I am interested in learning more about the family. My mother was the person working on the family genealogy but after she died, I decided to pick up where she left off. It has been, nothing less than exciting and life changing. Please contact me or share what you think I should know about our family. I plan to share it with the remainder of the family in August timeframe.

Thank you in advance for educating us on our great family.

RE: Norma BITRO
Hi, Cousin Norma's maiden name is Brito, this is the correct spelling. I am a relative, I am her 2nd cousin, her and my father are 1st cousins, her grandfather and my grandmother are siblings and this is the spelling. Thank you.

RE: Ernest Young
Regarding your note about "retrying" the other 2 Young grave locations --- if those grave locations are plots 506, 508, 510 in section 75, please do not put in new photo requests for them. The only Young headstones in that area have already been uploaded to your memorial pages for Debra Young and Ernest Young Sr. There are no other Young headstones on plots 506, 508, 510 in section 75. There may or may not be other Young headstones in the cemetery. Please contact the cemetery office for further information.

RE: Ernest Young
OK. After reading your notes I understand better. When I get back to my desktop PC, I'll load the Ernest Young (1913-1994) headstone photo that I have onto your previously created memorial page for him. I missed it earlier. Since you now manage the memorial that I created, you can delete that. There is no section R in Fernwood Cemetery. I was in section 75, at lots 506, 508, 510. The only Young headstones are the 2 that you have photos for -- Ernest and Debra. There are no other Young stones. The office can tell you if anyone else is interred in those plots, regardless of headstones. As for the Sloan grave, a group of photo volunteers will be at Fernwood again in November. If you have a request in, we'll try to locate/photograph it for you.

RE: Ernest Young
I didn't query the cemetery office regarding any other interments in that plot or elsewhere in the cemetery. Suggest you contact the cemetery office for further info on who is buried where and if there are any other "Young" headstones.

RE: Debra Young
You're welcome. Photo of Ernest Young (1913-1994) is now up. Memorial #138178570. As you face the stones, he is immediately to the right of Debra Young.
