Karen;

You can only make changes to a page if you are the one who created it, or you have the "management" rights to the page.

If you go to the Memorial Page; there is a tab near the top right (Edit). Open this up and it should allow you access to make changes to the information posted on the page.

Hope this is helpful.

Dan

I do live in Dayton, and I'll see what I can do. We are in the midst of a rainy spell at present.

Debbie
Greenmount Cemetery - Baltimore
Greenmount is now charging volunteers for plot information. When they recognized my voice yesterday, they said that after the first call with a request for up to two plot numbers, all future requests will need to be put in writing with a check included. So from this point forward, any request without a plot will most likely be ignored by local volunteers. If you could call and get this info for your requests, it will help get your requests filled.

As you did not include the relationship, I have to presume it is not one listed in the guidelines, so I will retain management. Feel free to submit additions/corrections via the Edit tab's Suggest A Correction feature.

Holts
Yes I know of Lester. I have spoken to his son several times. I need to call him again and get some info for someone else. Lester wrote stories about the family for his daughter Virginia. I asked her if she has the stories but said she could not find them.
So glad to hear from you. Are you related?

This is my grandma's cousin. She died in birth. She was taken out by forceps and her head was crushed. Her father was James Herod Holt.
Thank you, Korina

Cowherd Oak Hill Cemetery
I have contacted a member of the Cowherd Family about the location of the Oak Hill Cemetery, and have been told that the cemetery is on private land not owned by the family. Also that there is no grave marker for Mary Jane Cowherd but there is a picture on the Find a grave web site that has a picture of Colby Cowherd marker. I have checked and the marker is for Colby Cowherd.

Mary Cherry Mallonee
Hi Karen,
I wanted to let you know, it appears there are two entries for Mary Cherry Mallonee on the website. The numbers are 95643792 and 95598435. I had added a photo, then came across the 2nd site. Just an FYI.
Regards,
Suzie

Karen,
The photo taken was actually at Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County. It is very close to the Denver border. I am not aware of a Crown Hill location in Denver proper. Next time I am over there, I will check with the office, just to confirm we're looking in the correct location.

Regards,
Suzie

RE: Hanover City Cemetery
Your note below -
I found Emma's stone and there is only empty space to the north and James Hines to the south. I posted the photo on Emma's memorial.

I didn't find Louise's stone yet. She was not close to Emma. Do you know in which area of the cemetery she is located?????

RE: Hanover City Cemetery
Dear Mae, Thank you so much for remembering about me. If i recall right she was buried near her daughter EMMA STRAUB or her Granddaughter LOUISE STRAUB d.1878 (1 year).

Just wondering if you happen to have a general vicinity or direction where the Straubs are interred?
It's supposed to be HOT this weekend!! :-)

Your note from long ago is below. Just wondering if you got any info from the cemetery board RE: Elizabeth Weber.
There is a lot of empty space next to Eduard Weber. Could she possibly be in an unmarked grave next to his?

Mae

Hanover City Cemetery
Dear Mae, I have found a page with many names of people buried in Hanover City Cemetery. On this list is ELIZABETH WEBBER died 1889 68 years.
Do you live close enough to see if there is a grave marker for her or do you have the name or phone number of the person who oversees the cemetery. I could use the address also.
