Shirley
Mary Horton Riley 32640617
Hi I am a direct descendant of Mary Horton Riley and her second oldest Lucinda Riley Herning. Lucinda kept extensive records of vital statistics in their family, I have posted a page from the family Bible of the births, as you can see it answers all the missing pieces. I have more Bible pages, the marriages, and deaths, but there was space for only one.
Lucina, who is left off of your memorial, was Lucinda's twin. There were two sets of Twins,
The second set was Sarah and Mary. Is there some way I can send you the marriage and death pages so you could make corrections and additions?
Or I could email them all to you.
Please advise. Thanks, Shirley Herning-Swaim

I am a relative, but not a direct one. I have no information to share with you but I have passed the email on to my contact. Moved the memorials as per your data and sent a photo request for the tombstones. The only pictures I have of John and Mary are small and grainy which is why I haven't added them to their memorials.

Happy Hunting

RE: Your correction for Martin Lorenz
Thank you for the information in your message and email. I had found three different birth locations in three different census records: Austria, Yugoslavia and Hungary. I realized that these areas were renamed over time due to different reasons, but I was not familiar enough with these countries' histories to know which name was correct. I submitted Austria hoping that it was correct and knowing that, even if it was little off, it was better than nothing. Please place as Martin's birth country whichever name you believe is most accurate. Thank you again for your help.
Have a great day,
a.babb

RE: Urbain Baetens and Baetens Grove
Sorry, I know nothing about the Baetens...it was just a name that I ran across that seemed to be relatively undocumented on Findagrave, so I entered the memorials? Are you related?

Parents of Mary James
Greetings,
Several researchers have identified Thomas McCreary (#97363459) and his wife Elizabeth Roberts (#97364772) as parents to your Mary (McCreary) James (#28975953). Note the bio entry for Thomas McCreary. So, I kindly ask that Thomas and Elizabeth by linked to Mary as her parents.

Thanks Much - Buz Bailey

RE: Geo Parris
Yeah, like I said before - he has several kids so I suppose eventually one of them may add information to his page here. I am related to Nikki ... Other than that, I think you may have to wait until one of his children decides to add any additional information ... though, if and/or when they do, it will be fascinating.

Thanks :)

RE: George Parris
As far as I know, he did not own a pizzeria - although he did own a business.

There's great potential for a lengthy bio for my grandfather, however, it may or may not be my place to implement that at this time considering he had many children, etc.

Curious to know if there's a particular reason you are interested in my grandfather ... ?

Thanks :)

RE: Parthenia nee McCrary Wager Fener
Greetings!
Parthenia is my 3x great-grandmother, and when I joined Find A Grave I got her children's memorials from Mindenville Cemetery transferred to me. Discovered her maiden name in a marriage record from her youngest son. Would love to know about her parents! Perhaps it was presumptuous of me to place her and her first husband in Mindenville, but their children and her second husband are there plus they never moved out of Mindenville, so I hope John and Parthenia's stones will turn up. For census I have her 1850US, 1855NY, 1860US, 1870US, 1875NY and 1880US. I have not found her in 1892. E-mail me directly ehtaphophile@gmail.com and we can exchange info more easily. Thanks!
Kris D.
