RE: Samuella Lewis Peniston Menzies
When you locate her place of burial, then I'll connect Samuella's memorial to it. I've been burned before by people just entering a memorial without a burial location, then waiting for an actual researcher to locate to burial place. That tactic is getting a little old for me.

Oliver Clyde Reames
Hi Anonymous-F.
Received your request to add the parents of Oliver Clyde Reames to his memorial. You provided the parent names, without their memorial numbers. No worry... I was quickly able to locate those exact names buried at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock, BUT wanted to double-check with you to be sure I selected the proper individuals before attaching to Oliver's memorial.
This is who i found:

John T. Reames (b.1861 d. 1950), buried Resthaven Memorial Park, Lubbock, Find A Grave memorial# 59032192.

Avis Idonia Salter Reames (b.1870 d.1956), buried Resthaven Memorial Park, Lubbock, Find A Grave memorial# 148692845.

Let me know if these are the proper individuals and i will gladly link to Oliver. ALSO, if you are related the the Reames, I would be happy to transfer Oliver's & Susie's memorial care to you.
Have a great day!

Gallaher Family
I'm descended from the Gallaher Family. Are you descended from them also? I see you have put a lot of their Obits on findagrave. Thank you for doing that.

William Robert Jett, Jr.
hello. Taking photos for Roselawn cemetery, I came across the tombstone of W.R. "Son" Jett. When checking Find-A-Grave for his memorial, I found a "William Robert Jett, Jr", same year of birth and same year of passing as that of aforementioned tombstone. A spouse on the memorial is not listed and i wasn't 100% sure if this is the same individual as my photo, but felt that it most likely is. I went ahead and added the photo to the memorial (#123749195) and thought I would check with you to see if you would happen to know that this is, indeed, the correct photo for William. Thanks much for your input.

Donna Lyle Alumbaugh

Would you please remove the obituary from Fannie Allumbaugh’s memorial? Find a grave will do it for me if I ask but I would rather it come from you.
Obituaries often have errors and are not recommended by Find A Grave. The creator of F.A.G. has stressed that this is a grave registration site, not a genealogy site.
Wills, marriage records, obituaries etc. should be on a genealogy site like Ancestry. I have this listed on my profile.
Sorry to ask,

Fannie Alumbaugh

I have no record of Fannie being married to a Mr. Pratt. She had 3 husbands and Pratt was not one of them.

Thanks for checking,

Gavin Turner @ Forest Park Cemetery in Houston
I see you added a picture request for Gavin Turner @ Forest Park Cemetery in Houston. I try to go there at least every other week. If you would call the cemetery at 713-928-5141 and get a "SECTION" and "LOT" I will try to get the picture you want. This is a very large (225+) acre cemetery and without a location would be very hard to find.

Thank you,

B Hodges
We reviewed the Dickens County death record books and Mr. Clay is listed in Book 3, page 10, and records the Spur Cemetery. Unfortunately, that is all of the record that the cemetery association has on file. The cemetery association does not have the actual grave location for Mr. Clay. The association took over records in 1970's and we just have the records that were passed on to the association.

Donald R. Haney
Do you know the e-mail of the person who has his memorial. That person has my aunt, Gertrude Kirtland who only had one marriage and that was to Abner Torbert. She is on Donald's memorial listed as his mother married to Raymond Haney. R.J.

RE: Lester Cole Prewitt
Lester Cole Prewitt's wife, Lucille, was my aunt. She was my father's sister. Lester is definitely buried at Laurel Land. I've been there a few times and have seen the headstone. My father is buried just across the way from him. His wife, Mary Lucille Beckenbach, is buried next to Lester with her second husband, Roy Starling, on the other side of her. There is a link to her memorial from Lester's. It's interesting that there isn't a date of birth on her stone. That's because she was 10 years older than her second husband and she didn't want anyone to know. Laurel Land is very close to the Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff where the Beckenbach family lived. I would guess that at one time Laurel Land may have been called New Oak Cliff cemetery which would go along with Lester's death certificate.

RE: young family
Edith was buried in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. You might want to add her grave location. It is Section Faith, Plot 172, Space 2. You can add that to her memorial page. I am on my way there now. You should have the photo posted by late this afternoon. I just called the office of the cemetery and Floyd is not buried at Sunset. I have looked at Ector County online sites and there is no record of him.

Hello. I just fulfilled your photo request and I wanted to point out that Minnie is buried in between two other Nobles: Harry and Charles. From the dates, it looks like they could be her sons?

RE: William Eldon Rogers
Hi Linda,

Yes, Eldon was my husband's grandfather through Tammie, Eldon's youngest daughter. Eldon's brother Jerry (who I guess would also be your cousin) was also married to my husband's Grandmother Betty on his dad's side. Wow, that's a mouthful! So basically Jerry was known as Uncle-Grandpa to my husband Justin.

How exactly are you tied in? Are you on

Thank you so much for Joseph & Roxie Rogers' info!
