Thank you for letting me know, I wish states would do corrections when this happenes but then I guess doing just the 1 DC is hard enough. Thank you for your response again. Blessings and Peace, Keri

You're welcome, I'm glad I could help. Also, next to Richard were Laura and Nellie Shendel, so I added photo's for them as well.

I guess I'm used to puzzling them out. Her name is across the top. It is partially lichen covered but I should be able to get a better image this weekend or next Monday. My first goal is to record all the memorials in the cemetery then I'll go back and try to improve the picture quality. As you can see it's pretty overgrown.

|Pat O'Dell||John and Mary Kelter|
Just wanted to let you know that there are no tombstones for these people in Clarinda, Iowa cemetery. There are 5 burials on Lot 1 Blk 12 in Wilson section - Mary, John, Mike [infant], infant of Merril Asbery, and another Kelter infant in 1893.

Hi Joleen. I may take a better one of William at some point. I didn't have proper equipmentsto to clean up the stone of dirt and debris. I will be going back a few times. My grandfather's brother and 3 of his children and spouses are buried at Roselawn.

I could not secure permission to go on the land to get pics at the cemetery. This is privately owned. They were not a home today so I'll try next week.

I added the picture for Clarence and beside him lies Olga - so I created her in Find A Grave site and added her picture too with a link to Clarence.

I think they were twins, so the birthdates are the same - there are quite a few errors in that list of Eakins burials. I am correcting them as I go and will wrk with whomever to put out a new and revised list. Lula married George Houtchens whose mother was a Sappington - there are 2 Sappingtons buried nearby in Eakins. Lula and George were married in IL and all their children were born there. Both George and Lula died in Wray, Yuma, CO - the Lucas Memorial Cem in Yuma Co, CO has 4 Houtchens buried there and there are numerous Houtchens buried elsewhere in CO. She died 3/16/1926, he in 1938. Quite honestly I cant imagine her body being brought back to TX, and if so, she would have a more modern gravestone.Probably no answer!
Anyway, I took your Thomason pic 2day but cut off the death date so i will take another one tomorrow! :) k

Hi! Funny u should ask for an Eakins Cem photo! just this week i started to take photos of every grave! I took about 200 in 2 days! and am loading the last ones on FINDAGRAVE now - have not got to the Thomasons yet but know where they are located more or less as my dau-in-law has a Thomason in her family - SO eventually u will have all the Thomasons on FINDA! i plan 2 go 2moro, late PM, as the rest of the graves are in the sun and its still in the mid 90s here - hope i can get pics out of the sun then - i will look for ur relative first; if i cant find it easily then i'll hav it next wk once i get to that section - will do my best! :) kathy
