Laughlin Fannin #51569049
I have found enough records in VA, NC, and GA plus the NC State Archives to determine that Laughlin may be related to Middleton Fannin, but they are NOT father and son.

This is based on the fact that Middleton never lived in Mecklenburg Co. VA and Laughlin never lived in Caswell Co. NC. The only place that they both lived in was GA. However, I have discovered a RW soldier named Hezekiah Fannin who lived in Caswell Co. and moved to GA whom I now believe is the true father of Middleton.

Also, I seriously doubt that Middleton ever served in the RW being born in 1765. He was only 10 when the RW began.

If you have any questions, please write directly to genpics1968@att.net.

hi! wish I could've been more successful, but my guess is that his grave IS the one near Cruz's that is unmarked. I will be adding those pictures this evening on her page. Thanks!

Lucy Patterson
I am related to Lucy. Her mother, Cora Price, was my great-aunt, sister of my grandfather. Lucy's story is a tragic one and I'm wondering how Lucy came to be in Hebbronville. If you have any information would you share? Is her grave marked with a stone? Hope to hear from you, Penny

Memorial # 6624747
Please remove the death certificate you placed on my great uncles memorial. ALL the info is already on the memorial, we do not need the d/c. I do not want the word "insanity" on a tribute memorial. Thank you
Tricia

Michell, Please remove the Death Cert. that was place on the for mentioned above memorial. I don't believe that a DC is a proper place to be put on a memorial.

In my bio I have asked that no death cert.'s or obits be placed on any memorial that I have created or maintain. I would appreciate it very much to have it removed.
Thank you very much
Bonnie

Hello,
You added a death certificate to my sister's page and I was curious why would do that. My family and I think it is inappropriate and ask that you please remove it. Her name is Billie Lou Landers and she is buried in Arledge Ridge Cemetery in Fannin CO, TX.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Gloria Dunaway

RE: Thank you!
You are welcome. I will double check the marker - it looks like Billy instead of Riley. With your permission, will try to clean off with water/brush and rephoto.

Clement,Fletcher Cemetery
Michelle, I walked Fletcher Cemetery this past weekend. It is heavily overgrown with trees, brambles, etc but walking paths are cut through, passing by groupings of markers. There are a number of Clement markers. My pics aren't great as there was limited light and many were located in very overgrown areas, but I am happy to share what I have. You can reach me at sandybush10@gmail.com

T. Walker
Rhea family
I am a descendant of Jesse and Catherine Bruce Rhea, who were the parents of Robert, William, John (father of Clifton McCoy Rhea); Melissa; Lucretia; Jesse, Jr.; and James Henry. I descend from James. I would be very happy to hear from anyone interested in this line. I have a lot of information after 40+ years of searching. However, Jesse Rhea is a brick wall, except we know his father's name was James. Would love to discuss this family and their allied lines with anyone interested. (Others in this line are Bruce, Lampton, Taylor, Schooler, etc.)
