I was wondering the source for the picture you posted. Do you have the picture in your possession? Was just wondering about possible other family photos. Thanks!

RE: Caleb F Abernathy
The Caleb Abernathy buried in Madison County would seem to me to be a Different Caleb Abernathy than the one buried at York Chapel.

Caleb Abernathy
On Page 2 of "York Chapel Graveyard 1821 -1971" there is an entry - "Abernathy, C.....Caleb Abernathy. (Son of Joshua) NS" The NS indicates No Stone.

This is the entirety of the entry but does provide the link to father and son.

Jonathan Bollinger
The last time I went to the Clanahan Cemetery all you could see of this tombstone was just the "Jonathan" and the rest of it was buried. I was not sure if it was the marker for Jonathan White or his nephew Jonathan Bollinger and was planning to bring a shovel on my next visit to unearth it this spring. From your picture, it looks like someone has dug it up. I would appreciate knowing if it is now, unburied or reburied?

Thanks for posting his tombstone's image.

RE: Caleb F Abernathy
Ted, I have Caleb Abernathy (no dates) married to Letitia Albright (also no dates). From the marriage record I got his parents as Joshua Abernathy and Letitia Albright. Caleb and Letitia were married October 26, 1848. This is all of the information I have on him other than he was buried at York Chapel Cemetery in Perry County. I this is the correct Cleb I say go ahead and connect them. Hank

Thanks for making the additions to the O'Bannons, Ted.

Here's a funny bit of trivia for you: Jennie was not named Jeanette or Jenette - she was known as Jennie all throughout her life; her nickname was "Tiny" or "Miss Tina". She began calling herself Jenette after she married Thomas O'Bannon.

In addition, she was not born in 1891; she was actually born December 22,1889, in Montgomery County MO. She was the 7th child of Uzziah and Rebecca Bonnel(l).

I am not sure where the spelling Bonelle came from; the name is now typically spelled "Bonnell."

Again, thanks so much for making the additions to Jennie's memorial. Susan Bonnell

Jennette Bonelle O'Bannon
Hi, Ted -

I have a great deal of family research on the family of Jennie O'Bannon. I wonder if you might turn over her memorial - and that of her husband Thomas P. O'Bannon - to me to manage.

Her memorial is #159376539; his is #159376566.

My membership number is 48912116.

If you prefer to maintain management of these memorials, could you please add Jennie's parents' memorial information? Uzziah Bonnel, #98371700 and Rebecca Spires Bonnel, #98371651?

Thanks very much for any assistance you can provide.

Robert C. McCreary
Hi Ted,
Are you getting your information about Robert C. McCreary from cemetery information, death records, etc.

I had found a Robert C. McCreary, who died in Texas in 1945 that I thought might have been Robert C. and Rebecca McCreary's son. I did not have a direct link, but he was born in 1871 in Missouri and both his parents were born in Tennessee (Find A Grave Memorial# 12584746

Rebecca Crockett McCreary and her sister Susan A. Crockett that lived with her were sisters of my great Grandfather, Thomas Jefferson Crockett.

Susan was last living with her niece, Callie McCreary Settle in Cape Giradeau, Missouri in 1920. Susan had lived with Robert C. McCreary, Jr. in 1900 in Madison Co, MO.

Hi Ted, I don't know where Isham's daughters (my great aunts) are buried. I'll have to ask my dad if he knows. I knew Nellie and I'm certain I attended her funeral. Ann :)
