Born in West Virginia 1925. Served 4 years and one day in the US Navy WWII (30 Months on the Destroyer USS Sigsbee DD-502). Studied Highway Engineering under VA program Charleston WV 1947 to 1953. Did highway design and construction inspection for Division of Highways Los Angeles CA 1953 to 1964, Marysville CA 1964 to 1984. Retired 1984 continued consulting engineering federal, state and county highways until 1993. My wife, Edith and I enjoy country music, genealogy, findagrave.com, cruises and winters in Arizona.
