Good evening, I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our "old soldiers" that had ties in Vermont. I have discovered that you have contributed several photo's to memorial pages of several of these soldiers.
I am asking you if I may use these photo's to post on the Vt. C.W.site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org?

You will receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

Names I would like to use from Denver are:Jason Freeman, Samuel Leslie, Joyce E. Culver,John Pelty, Albert Swan,Edwin York..

Again Thank you for consideration..

BCHS Class Reunion.
Hi, What a place to find you!!! I'm Mary Bain Bauer and I have been working on the class reunion committee for the past 20 years or so. Our letter was returned to us from the last reunion so I was searching facebook and the internet looking for you. Sadly enough when envelopes have been returned, I'm checking with findagrave and here you are. I was so pleased I didn't find a picture of your tombstone. Anyhow, it's great to find you and would you please send your address to me at mlbauer25@gmail.com.

Thank you very much!
For your cooperation in helping to sort through the Claras Phelps, Clarissa and Idelle. I really appreciate it, especially because it makes it easier to connect them with their ancestors. Thanks again!

George Johnson
Joyce,
I don't believe this George Johnson is your great grandfather as the stone is inscribed "Son of G. W. & E. J. Johnson", implying that he was not married. In addition, the marker shows he died in 1870 at the age of 20.
Diehard.

You are wrong on the bio for Robert w. Woodbury. You are referring to Roger Woodbury, Civil War Veteran who is buried in Riverside Cemetery.
Besides I originally had this entered on my record for Find a Grave as it is in my family so I can't figure out how you can change it to your record.

Florence Owens Shockley mother & father were Harriet Zimmora Hurst Owens & Robert Logan Owens. They are buried in the Franklin Cmt at Whittington, Frankln County Ill.

Harriet Hurst Owens mother & father was Aaron & Malissa Wilkerson Hurst buried in Franklin Cmt at Whittington.

My connection is through Aaron Hurst. Aaron was a brother to my great grandfather Levi Hurst.

Does these Shockley names seem familiar to you????

Joyce, I am looking for a relative or descendent of a Ed Rogers son Of Minnie Camilla Vance Rogers Whittington. Do you know if Rose is in any way related to this Ed Rogers. I think Ed's father was Charles Rogers but not sure. Ed Rogers has some half siblings buried in the Masonic Odd Fellows Cmt. in Benton. Kist, Whittington & Netherton are the last names. Ed Rogers mother Minnie Whittington is buried at the Shiloh Cmt north of Benton at Ewing.
Thank you for any info you can give me. Alice

RE: Davis transfers?
Hi Joyce
I'm not sure how this site works, but this Davis family is my mother, grandparents, aunts and uncles. I was just trying to link them up. Since I became a member of this site last week, I'm not sure what transfering them to me means. If that means I am responsible for the content, then I guess you could transfer them to me.
I would appreciate any advise concerning this site.

I am the great granddaughter of Orson Orlando Davis. I would like to request that you transfer his memorial to myself. Also, do you know anything about the Eva E. that is also on his headstone? This was his second wife, and we cannot find any information anywhere. Thank you.

Thank you for posting her page. I've always appreciated her work on this site and now...appreciate yours. I was concerned when she didn't respond to my emails...so this site is how I learned that she had passed away. Not the news I wanted to read about, but I do appreciate you taking the time to do this.

Sincerely, Sandy
