Albert P. Bonifas
Dear corgilover,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, Albert P. Bonifas was a member of this unit.

I'm not exactly sure where I'm going with my project, but I want to eventually publish something. So, with your permission, I would like to use your photograph of the grave of Albert P. Bonifas (Find A Grave Memorial# 21692278). Please let me know if this would be acceptable.

Thank you, I appreciate your time.

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

RE: Info on Ronald A. Miller
It only has partial information... leaving out his TWO CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN, at the time of his death. The grave marker clearly states FATHER & PAPAP. Also, he worked at Clow, not CLOWN. I am curious as to where you got your information, and by whom??!

Correction on Carl Charles. Snyder
Carl Charles was born in New Carlisle in Clark Co., OH. Not Carlisle in Warren County. He is listed as 1 yr. old in the 1870 census for Bethel Twp (Enon), just south of New Carlisle, with his parents Francis Marion Snyder and Emma A (or E) Crist. Hope this helps.

Info on Ronald A. Miller
Hello! Just wondering where you got your information, and why you would post this archaic/sparatic account of his life? He was 57 years old when he died... NOT 27! STRANGE AND SAD, to say the least.

Correction on Ida C Kuhn Brunstrup
Hi,

I just double checked my records, and I mistakenly put 1946 as death date, and it should have been 1947. I corrected it. I went back and looked at the death certificate to confirm. The death cert shows her birth year as 1871, but the age shown on the death cert would work out to 1870. I then went back to check the birth record which shows 1870. I corrected that also.

Thanks,

Tom

Ida C and Charles Brunstrup
Hi,

I would be glad to send you the newspaper clipping from when Ida died. I can also send you the marriage information from Ida Christina (Kuhn) Fischer to Charles

It is a shame that their birth and death dates never got recorded on the tombstone.

I have not found Charles' birth year, but he died in 1933.

Thanks,

Tom

You have my grandmothers maiden name misspelled. It is written as winters, however, it is winter. Could you please correct this. Thank you.

John P. Johnston & Catherine Johnston
Someone added the maiden name of Catherine #73231147 as Carney and being the mother of Thomas. In doing more research, I realized that Catherine would have been in her 50's when Thomas was born which seemed a bit unusual. John P. and Catherine Binckley Johnston only had one child, Milton, who is listed on a census record with them and is in the same cemetery. I have edited the maiden name of Catherine, completed dates of birth and death and linked them to each other and Milton to them as well as Catherine to her parents.

The Thomas listed as a child is the son of a John Johnson/Johnston and a Caroline/Catherine McCarney, all from a different county than mine. I cannot take Thomas out as a child and hope you can do this as it is your memorial.

Thanks for all you do in adding to Find-a-Grave. It certainly helps when trying to clean up my genealogical files.

Thanks for pointing out the stone in Cascade Cemetery. I looked up the death certificate on FamilySearch.Org, and I added the dates to the memorial.

If I remove the memorial in St. Isidore Cemetery, then someone else will probably find the stone and add another memorial. In this case I think we should keep both memorials. I posted a reference to Cascade Cemetery. Let me know if you think I should do anything else.

I noticed a small typo in this record: Sibyl's first husband was Larkin Irwin, not Irvin, as currently listed. Thanks, Eric Durbin

Re: Edit for James Burton
Hello:

You have Delta Pendleton Herron listed as his mother, but do not have him listed as one of her children in the obituary section of her memorial. I cannot find any information about him, other than what I have found in Michigan Death Index. That's why I refused it. Please let me know where you found the information, and I will add it. Thanks.

Find A Grave Memorial# 91997340

Dear corgilover,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History of the 89th Division, and confirmed by his gravestone, John Yocum was a member of this unit.

I'm not sure where I'm going with my project, but I want to think I'll eventually publish something. Should I do so, may I have permission to use your photograph of John Yocum's gravestone? I must say it's really beautiful.

Thank you!

With warm regards,
