|bpojito105||RE: Requesting Permission - Ricard|
I am so incredibly proud of you for asking permission to use the photos posted on Evelyn's memorial # 3879334. It's the right thing to do, and yet so many people don't bother. Thank you! Alas, I am unable to grant permission as I am not the rights holder. As indicated on the memorial, Evelyn's niece submitted the text, and two of the pictures. She was very private and not interested in becoming a Find-A-Grave contributor at the time. I've since lost contact with her. Sidney (#48067839) submitted the grave marker picture. And the WWII photo was submitted by R.B. Powell, who passed away recently. What a mess! It seems that the best solution is to simply provide a link on Ancestry.com to Evelyn's memorial.

Dur to the fact you put the obit of Charles Schroder buried in Cedar Lake Cemetery, Waterloo, IN, Dekalb Co. on Find a grave, I wonder if you have any more info on the family. Margaret Reifert Schroder was a sister to my grandfather Nicholas Reifert.

She is buried next to William and the markers are the same, so I wondered. I have been in the office three different times and some of the employees are unwilling to help resolve problems such as this. she will be left unnamed. Thanks for the input

I have added photos for William and Sylvia Miller.
My question is "Did they have a daughter Marguerite?" There is a stone next to Wm for Marguerite born in 1909. I don't want to assume she is their daughter.

I do have a contradictory memorial-well not me, someone else does and the Wagoners are involved but whatever way Wagoner is spelled
Mary E Wagoner even
Lots of stones are messed up and the theory is you have to make the memorial match the stone, at least the year number because you don't want to have anyone make a duplicate because the numbers don't match
Thanks for your response, keep up the good work!

It was nice of you to sponsor this memorial. I have linked him to his parents. Since you are his sister-in-law, I would be happy to transfer this memorial to you if you would like to maintain it.

There appears to be a photo posting error, as Alvin Baum's headstone photo was posted on Lois & Jeff Baum's memorial page and visa versa. You might want to correct this. -T

There are a total of 12 people buried in two rows. In addition to the memorials that you have created, I added memorials for the son Albert, daughter Anna, daughter Catherine, grandson Elmo, daughter Mildred, and her husband Walter. Since you have a lot of interesting info. on the family, if you want any of them transferred in order to add newspaper clippings etc, just let me know.

|Barnard/OConnor/Wolford||Wrong Photo & Plot Info??|
Actually, the location you posted shows the unengraved marker that someone else photographed. I don't believe that is the correct Harriet McCabe. The Harriet McCabe that is related to Grover McCabe is buried in the family plot, according to the cemetery interment record book. The record indicates that she was initially buried in Section 24, Lot 116 but was moved on Jan. 16, 1939 to Lot 251 in that same section.

She doesn't have a date etched on her stone but she is in the interment record book as being buried there. If you want, you could make a note to that effect on the memorial page in order to verify that she is indeed buried at Calvary.

In reviewing the requests that you have posted today, please call the cemetery office to obtain the plot information. There are currently over 100,000 burials in this giant cemetery and exact location is necessary. Several of us are trying to clear the 100+ photo requests this summer and will get to yours asap when the plot is posted.

Today I obtained the photo of Frank's grave. Unfortunately, the other 3 graves beside him are unmarked. I will upload the photo of the entire plot to those without markers.

I noticed your requests today. The cemetery is not friendly to volunteer photographers, citing privacy reasons. Please call the office to obtain the plot location, which is necessary since they have over 7000 burials. They know my voice, as I call several times a week trying to chip away at the list of requests. The office is (419) 536-8321. Thanks!
