|Sue Hill||RE: Mamie May Farrell|
It turns out the gentleman in the photo was Fred Messer -another husband of Mamie's. She lost both husbands to death at an early age. I don't think I have a photo of Mr. Farrell.

|Orlena||RE: Mark W Garrison|
Sorry to say, I've not already found Mark W. Garrison.
I also had no luck with his daughter Tina Oaks/Oakes who I assume died in 2017.
I have rechecked my own site, the newspaper data bases I have access to and not find them.
I did find him in SSDI on Family Search.org. It however was only basic. It had Missouri, but it could have been where he filed for SS rather than a last residence. I found a more informative public notice.
The information is on his wife's memorial:
Garrison, Barbara Sue Large 152930880
b. Jan. 4, 1951 d. Sep. 24, 2015
Osborne Memorial Cemetery
It may be possible, if he were cremated, that his ashes were buried with her. There may be a tombstone for them both there by now. All that is on her memorial is a funeral home temporary marker.
Sorry I wasn't more help.

|Sue Hill||RE: Mamie May Farrell|
I will look for the photo. I'm not sure if the man sitting beside Mamie is her first or 2nd husband. I will ask my mom who is 90 and remembers Mamie very well. In fact, as a child, my family and I went to visit Mamie several time. She was my grandfather's sister. She was a wonderful woman. I am too young to have met either of her husbands.

All corrected. I only had the Iowa census to go on, and mistakes can be made. If you're a relative, I'd be happy to transfer.

|Cemetery Detective||Sofirie Elizabeth Triggs|
Thank you so much for finding Sofirie Triggs! Now if we could find out what happened to her father Jacob and brother John Fletcher Triggs. My father had thought many years ago that John was killed by Indians in the Dakotas in the 1880's. Sofirie's sister Levisa, my great grandmother, used to say that she survived an Indian attack and had to hide in the corn field.

First you put burial in Miamisburg, Montgomery, Indiana. That would be Ohio. There are 2 Hill Groves in Montgomery. The other is in Dayton close to Miamisburg. I photographed the entire cemetery in Miamisburg and they probably do not have a stone. I also added all known burial up to 2005 from records. Record keeping for that cemetery was very poor. I found stones for many that were not listed in their records. A death cert would be your best source. I do live about 6 blocks from there, but at the time I could not look. I have sciatica and not able to walk. You could call them at 937-866-2263. Just keep in mind that just because they may not have a record does not mean they are not buried there. The 2 Hill Grove cemeteries have often been confused even on death certificates. The one in Dayton is actually one word Hillgrove compared to Miamisburg Hill Grove. I did find his death certificate and it states he is buried in the Hillgrove in Dayton. It also states he was born in Ohio, not Indiana

|Doris Christensen||RE: Graceland Cemetery|
Graceland Cemetery is easy to find. It's east of the Norwood Corner to first road. Clore Cemetery is there on the curve and Graceland is straight north about two miles down the gravel road. It's a small, very well maintained cemetery.

I took photos today of the Johnson family plot at Lieb Cemetery and posted them on Jack's Find a Grave site. There is currently no individual headstone for Jack Johnson, just one for his wife, Wilma.

Find A Grave# 113972122
I know they did not have children. Kate is the 3rd child of Gerrit and Catharine Stekelenburg. There were 11 children in all. I know where her mother is buried and am awaiting pictures of her parents and perhaps her from a cousin. I will be posting them on their burial sites when I receive them. I should have the Cemetery information for Catharine Bowman Stekelenburg soon also. When my mother and my fraternal grandmother divorced the Stekelenburg men, they burned all the information and pictures. I am so fortunate to have had the daughter of Kate's sister Jennie (5th child) contact me when she saw some of her pictures on grave sites I manage for Steklenburg/Stekelenburg.

|Kehbe||RE: Eva Stott|
Sharon, The picture I added was Eva cropped from a family photo, Her mother, father and siblings. I will add the full photo to her memorial if you like. Yes I am related to her. My mother is Eva's grand niece. You see, my mothers father was the son of Eva's brother, William Stott, Memorial# 100622223 As for Eva's husband, Eva and James Willis Pugh were married in 1896 and divorced sometime around 1917. Eva is listed in the 1915 Kansas Census as married to James but in the 1920 Federal Census, listed as divorced. James and Eva had two children before divorcing, Floyd Willis, 1897, and Carrie Elizabeth, 1900. I have no record of James Willis Pugh after 1915, but I only recently found info on the divorce and haven't researched it further. This may or may not be more info than you were looking for ;) If so, so sorry ;) However, if you are interested in more info yet, let me know! Are you related to Eva in some way?
