|Marilyn Verna||Setaro memorials|
I was searching the Setaro name for grave sites.
Are you related to the Setaros?
My mother was a Setaro.
It is a relatively small family. In Italy they say we are all related.
If you are I could possibly find your ancestors on my family tree.

|Theresa Billotti n. Henderson||Frances Paxon|
I am searching for my 3rd Gt. Grandmother Jane Paxton (also have seen listed as Jane P.J.Paxton), born 1805 in Rockbrige Co. Va. I have seen a DOB as 23 Dec.1805 and no DOD or place. My Jane was married to Nathaniel Henderson and she is a direct descendent of Rev. War veteran, Lt.Col. Thomas Paxton. There is a record of their marriage, but if anyone has any information, I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance.

I've just received a great deal of information on Great Uncle George's parents and siblings. would you like me to forward this to you so you (when you get time :-)) to build memorials, or shall I go ahead and create them? I don't mind. I have a lot of 'retired' time on my hands!
Sure miss you guys. As usual, wishing we could have more contact.

I don't think I ever thanked you for posting that picture of Great Grandmother Sarah. Appreciate your doing that. I've been in correspondence with John Smith, Marilyn Parman and Mr. Bolinger in trying to get all the information for Great Grandmother Sarah collected and moved into one place. I'm going to be in Redding next month and hope to find the graves for Great Uncle George Solomon Radford and his wife, Emma (Nelson) Radford, as well as the grave for Zora Radford. I'm not sure if she is buried with her father in Yreka or in Redding. Chazz

|SAB||George Arthur Hall|
My husband and I are looking forward to searching for the gravesite of George Arthur Hall. We were quite taken by his tragic story. Iron Mountain Mine remains in the news today, as you may know.
Our area is scheduled for about 10 days of bad weather. Once it dries out a bit, we will venture out on a hike in Old Shasta. It will revive old memories for my husband of when he weed whacked the cemetery for a Boy Scout merit badge.

Good to hear from you. Yes, you are related to my husband. Thomas Moore, father of Sarah Elizabeth Moore Radford, was a brother to my husband's g g grandgather, James Wasson Moore.
It is always nice to find new cousins!!!

I claimed a request for a photo of Sarah's marker. She is not at Pioneer Cemetery in Modesto. In Viola Radford Silver memorial it says she is buried next to her mother, Sarah Elizabeth Moore Radford Vick. I found Sarah at Find A Grave Memorial# 63014136. This appears to be your great-great Grandmother. If you need any help at the Modesto cemeteries I'd be happy to help.

Oh goodness, thank you for catching it was her son, not husband. :)
And you are very welcome. I hope I can find Daniel somewhere for you.

Scratch the below message, Jr. & wife are in his parent's plot. I'm so sorry to post so many messages.

I went ahead & transferee them to you since I had them already posted. They are not buried with his parents, unless they are unmarked, which is unlikely. They are probably in the 'newer' section. I'll check next time I'm thru there.

Ignore what I said about R. W. Fuller, Jr. & Kate's relationship links, duh. The Farley's are her aunt & uncle & the Flakes are her grandparents. That means they are buried between her aunt, uncle & cousin & har grandparents. There, I think that's right. :)

|Hank Rogers||RE: Memorial Transfers|
Susan, I took pictures today of the entire family plot. It is rather large, containing 36 graves, (not all in use, at least no markers & no depressions) 8 per row with a total of 4 rows. I took ample pictures of the plot from different angles. It is the J.C. Farley Family Plot. It contains Farley, Flake, Fuller & Ross. I will transfer the memorials to you as I get them posted tonight.
Kate & her husband are right between his parents & ?brother? and her parents. She is buried between her husband & father. Poor girl, she couldn't even get away from them in death. lol
I haven't located Daniel yet. I would think if he were in that plot he would be marked.. I may call the city to ask them if he may be listed in their records, or if at least a purchase by a Ferguson family.

|Hank Rogers||Infant Flake|
Also, interesting note on the infant pictured with them. There are no markings on the concrete, he at one time likely had a marble flat marker that was broken & finally discarded.
I debated on posting the infant by itself, I usually post them as "Infant (Surname)" but for some reason in my head named it "Golden Flake." I know that's funny, but it wasn't meant to be disrespectful. I figured the child was probably a ray of golden sunlight in it's parent's lives. Losing an infant is difficult. Anywho, I decided to just list it in the picture with the parents. I thought you might find that amusing. :)

|Hank Rogers||RE: Memorial Transfers|
Hi Susan, I got them transferred for you. There are I'm sure other family members buried in this family plot. I just happened to get him & wife on the way out of the cemetery, but not the others. When I get back out there in a week or so I'll catalog & transfer the others to you. I will also see if the other gentleman is there, but I don't think Rosemere started until the 1880's. Something to research are the Russell/Lee County line changes. I know part of one use to be in the other but can't remember which offhand. More than likely in 1870 if he wasn't buried in a church cemetery or family cemetery more than likely he was buried on his old farm.
