|Nebraska Mom||Hester Post & Susan Amelia Post|
Thanks for posting the great information about John F. Post! My husband is descended from his daughter, Susan Amelia. I am seeking further information about John F. Post's daughter, Hester. According to our family stories, Hester kidnapped Susan Amelia's daughter, Nell,in about 1865-1867, and she was never seen again. Apparently Hester changed Nell's name to Mattie and they lived in Albuquerque, NM at one point, but that is all I know. I would greatly appreciate any leads! Thanks, Stephanie in Lincoln, NE

I agree it is a different spelling. At least it verified your original thought that his name wasn't Henry. I'm glad I was able to help.

|Karee Pyle||George And John Kimple|
Steve, I am lost, if George Kemple (72971542 - father of Lemule) and John Kemple (68594- father of Philip S)were brothers I see no sibling link on either memorial or parents listed?? perhaps we do not have this info, I will look @ Lynn Hoffland's ancestry tree and see if she has it or maybe she has Find A Grave mermorials for parents and siblings???
I will get back to you

|Marilyn McKinney||Kimple Family|
Porter KIMPLE Dibler (150735765) born 18 Nov 1877 and died 16 Jun 1924 was the son of Philip Dibler (84451543)and Nancy A. Miller (42533700).
Porter was probably from Indiana County, Pennsylvania and moved to and died in Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
I strongly suspect that his middle name indicates that he has a KIMPLE ancestor. Have you come across any connection to either the Dibler or Miller family in your KIMPLE research?

|Jim Herman||William Strong|
I don't think you know it but I believe you got the William Strongs confused. You accidently made (young) William Strong, linked him as his own father when I'm sure you mean't to link him to his father. Since you have found his natural father...
I will accept your edit, but I will go back in and link young William with old William. Am I clear as mud? Jim

Appreciate your management of this Madison Funk's grave. There is one error. Alma Caldwell was my great-grandmother and was married to Madison Leib Funk, Born 1856 in Lynville, Ill. Died in Beaver County, OK in 1917. Buried in Madison Cememtery. I vaguely remember Alma, but by parents went to her funeral in Kansas.

|Karee Pyle||Gravestone for Robert E. Pyle|
I just downloaded Robert's headstone picture from Facebook and was able to save as jpg and it is now on his Find A Grave memorial page, I dont know why it would not let me yesterday, I am having all kinds of issues with my laptop, I think I need to get a newone. Having a huge garage sale in two weeks and trying to finish up a bunch of legal work with his estate, if I ever get done I want to start working on my Find A Grave memorials again and figure out what to do about my ancestry tree.
