Jerusha Chase
You are so kind, thank you.

I see there are two Jerushas. So, please help me understand. Jerusha Doolittle married Lyman Chase and after her death Lyman remarried to Sarah Smead, subsequently naming a daughter Jerusha. The daughter died in 1906 as Jerusha Poplin. Do you have information which could confirm or refute this idea? I appreciate you!

Martin Chase
I saw the photo of Jerusha's grave, thank you.

I am trying to find proof of parentage. I see she had a brother Martin d. 1911. Would there be a death record for him that may document his parents? Any of the siblings have a death record? Jerusha apparently did not have one. Colorado wrote back and said no record of her death. As an alternative, could she have died elsewhere and been buried in CO? Thank you for your time.

Do you happen to have a photo of Jerusha's stone and any proof of her maiden name? Please and thank you!

William Turk 91527884
Check your 91527884 William Turk
Ephraim & Maria are not parents of William Turk who married Sara Ann Fowler

Siblings for Wiliam Turk, s/o Ephraim and Maria, are correct

I was unable to locate his grave as the section given to me "St Joseph Lawn" was not on the map I have and in checking the 4 lawn areas I did not see his grave. The office is not staffed so I'm hoping the Diocese genealogist will give me some clarification. Marion

management of grave memorials
Hi Mercedes,
I see that you are listed as the person maintaining grave memorials for some of my family members. First I want to thank you for the work you've done. I have been researching my ancestry for many years, but only recently decided to sign up as a contributor to findagrave. I love the format and it has been so helpful in my searches.

So I recently added my Dad and my grandparents, but it seems it would make sense to transfer management of some others to me, if you don't mind. I would like to link them up and add bios, etc.

These are my very close family members whose memorials I would like to manage:

Virginia Follett #37397040
Steve Follett #37397005
Jeannette Follett #95774163
Leland Follett #95774512

Please let me know if you would like to transfer management to me or if you would prefer to continue being the management person yourself for these.

My contributor number is #48833094.

Cathie Plaehn
May Follett?
Is it possible that Mae was a middle name or nickname. I did find and photographed stones for Elizabeth Follett, wife of George. Any chance it is the same? I will post those if you think it is the same or send them to you.

My husband and I walked the entire cemetery and could not find Mae's headstone. There are many that are broken or unreadable. Also, there is a lot of open space which are probably burial sites with no markers at all.

This is a very old cemetery and even has headstones for Indian scouts and their families.

RE: glover
You are VERY welcome. Just curious if you are researching the Glover family? Some of them still live here in the tiny town of Eads.
