|Ms.CookFromMaine||Florida (Dill) Newman & Grace "Gracie" H. Newman|
I'm very confused. There's two stones in Riverside Cemetery in Phillips, also a Florida Newman, wife of Prescott Newman, and their daughter, Grace Hall Newman who died Sept. 26, 1860; age 2 years, 2 months, 20 days. They just differ in dates. I'm wondering if the stone in this cemetery for the two you added are only a memorial?

Thank you for entrusting William's memorial to my care. I have made the edits and re-linked him to the other memorial for his father in Eastern Cemetery. I also found his wife and linked him to her.
Now, if only someone could correct the spelling of Parish Congre-G-ational Church Cemetery ;-)
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

|Tim & Grace||William Bradford Holmes|
William Bradford Holmes is linked to the CENOTAPH for his father, John Holmes, in Parish Congreational Church Cemetery in Alfred while his siblings, Hannah & Charles, are linked to where their father is really buried... in Eastern Cemetery in Portland... which is making them appear to be **Half-siblings. The mother, Sarah Ann Brooks is now linked to him in Eastern Cemetery where he is buried.
These CENOTAPHS can make things tricky.

Hi Lucy, Thank you for your work for Find a Grave. I am discovering several ancestors buried in Severy Hill (Chase Family lot), though not living in the area I don't have access to photograph their headstones. May I please have your permission to use your beautiful fall photo of the Severy Hill Cemetery sign on their ancestry.com family tree? THe name of the tree if "Moulton and Marston Family Tree" and I will give your name and Find a Grave full and detailed credit for your photo. Thank you for your consideration. Best wishes!

Thank you for the transfer. Every once in awhile I'll ask one of you nice volunteers to look over the memorial & see what I added. I'd love some feed back as to how it reads & looks to you. This feed back helps me to know I'm on the right track in doing any kind of Bio's & honoring our family members & family veterans. Thank you for your time & help.

Hello Lucy - I appreciate very much seeing all that you have been doing on FindaGrave. It was exciting to see my gr gr grandfather Xaveri MARTIN on the database. I used to live just 15 mi. north of W. Peru/Dixfield, grew up there, and could do local genie - during handwritten recording and no computers. Now, that I live south and we have the computers, internet, etc. I am so happy we can all get online to share info.

Good Morning, Lucy
Glad to do anything I'm able to do to make finding ancestors more pleasant.
I've located several great grandmothers who are buried in the middle of farmer's fields or the approximate location on the plains.
Wish I was able to move them closer to their families where their graves could be taken care of and they could be honored.
Maybe some day . . .

|Deborah Tripp Probert||Benjamine Butterfield, Maine?|
Hi Lucy, you have Ephraim & Zippora Robinson Butterfield's son Benjamin d. July 6 1838 as being buried in the East Wilton Cemetery? Ephraim & Zippora rest in the Red Schoolhouse Cemetery just a few miles away in Farmington & there is a Benjamin Butterfield d. July 6 1838 headstone adjacent to theirs!?! Is their another Benjamin b. in the E.Wilton graveyard?!
Thank you for clarifying, Deborah Tripp Probert, Farmington, Maine

Hi Lucy, I noticed you are using Baptismal names on some of your memorials. This creates a lot of confusion and doubles up on memorials if a person is doing a search. Please use the name on the stone. Thank you, Paul

Hi Lucy, I'm trying to find the exact location of the Northumberland Cemetery, Northumberland, Coos County, NH. You posted some photos on the cemetery site. The cemetery site doesn't have the location. One of our servicemen who was killed in Vietnam is laid to rest there. Can you give the location of the cemetery or submit it to Find-A-Grave. Thanks for your help. Allen - 11th Cavalry, Vietnam
