Saltzstein, Henry (1 Mar 1899 - 12 Aug 1977
Thanks so much for your kind attention to our photo request. Mr. Saltzstein was my wife's Uncle by marriage but the two never met. She is in contact with his son but unfortunately the distance is too great for either of us to travel anymore. We appreciate your diligence & dedication in providing us with the photograph. All the best, Larry & Carole Hoffman Morrison.

Thank you so much! This proves my theory as to his parentage. His brother (my g-grandfather) has the name as Isaac on his headstone which is *incorrect* and it took me 20 years to sort this one out.

Thank you once again for the photos of the Osserman family grave markers. Your work is much appreciated. The photo helped me realize I had made an error on Doris's date of death. A little dyslexic I guess.

Thanks so much,

Hyman Wiener
Dear Maspeth,
Thank you so much for posting the picture of my late Gt. Grandfather Hyman Wiener's tombstone. I really appreciate that you posted it as I'm now able to confirm some additional details about him. Thank you also if you were the one to add him initially to Find A Grave.

Joseph von Bank and Rosa Stroh
I am sorry you had trouble locating this stone, the mother Catherine Stroh is listed first and then Joseph then Rosa's name is almost buried. The Cemetery is going to raise the stone up so it is fully visible. Thank you for taking the time to look for my family's headstone as I will probably never get the chance to go to Queens. Clytie

Hyman Osserman
Thank you for photographing Hyman's stone. It is quite impressive. I appreciate all your hard work. I would never have been able to get there to photograph it myself.
Thanks again,

Thank you ever so much for the photos. The stone is very beautifull. I don't know if i ever would have been able to get back to Queens to photo them myself. I really appreciate your doing this. Clytie

Thank you for trying to photograph Martin and Katherine. Even though there was no grave marker, I appreciate that you took the time to try to photograph their permanent resting place.

Severi Memorial.
Thank you for your time and effort to obtain the photo. I have over the years research and create memorials at Calvary in order to help others in their family search. Have a wonderful day.

Calvary Cemetery
I am trying to clean up old photo requests there as well as notifying everyone that they need to have a grave location. Hope it helps you. I know there are only a few of you in that large cemetery.

RE: William and Hannah Stack
I'm so grateful to you for having a cross placed on (or near) the burial site of my great-great grandparents and for posting photos to their pages. The names of Cherry and Beplar are not familiar to me and it's hard to say what could have happened to the Stack plots (6 in all) in the last hundred years.

Thank you so much,

Thank you so much for taking this photo for me. Since I didn't have the burial information for his brother Owen or sister-in-law Mary and their "niece" Julia Schultz, they wouldn't locate the stone for me on them. This sort of confirms to me that they are all interred together.

Thank you!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful photo. I created memorials for the 2 other family members buried in the same plot. May I add the same photo to their memorials?

A family reunion thanks to your work
Just to let you know the most wonderful series of events have unfolded since I blogged about your discovery of the monument for Anglina Torregrossa Tortorici. Through the memorial here and the postings at my blog, Bill Frank Tortorici reconnected with his sister Nadenia Marie Angelina! God bless you for your work.
