Is this a file with family info or only a picture?

You are quite welcome. I am glad there is someone who can add more info to these memorials as I was quite puzzled by this grave marker before I talked to someone in the cemetery office.

Michael...thanks so much for your time and effort, the only other info I had was a Harriet Bush? I have removed the photo request! Gay

Thank you for visiting Daddy's memorial and leaving such warm words. I am convinced we are distantly related...small world. :) Have a great weekend.

|Katherine Bailey||probably we are related|
My immediate family is from Edgefield County...Sawyer, Bland, Edwards. Mama and Daddy grew up in Johnston. In his research, my husband has found that my family initially came into America through Pasquatank (sp) County in NC, which is close to Roanoke Island I believe, and then migrated to Edgefield County. There is a Mike Sawyer in Florida whose great-great grandfather was my great-great grandfather's brother. We actually found his (Buckeye's) grave in Pelion in Lexington County. I thought you might be the same Mike since you put memorials of my great-grandparents, John W. and Sara Quattlebaum Sawyer, on this site. Mike has over 20,000 family members in his databank. He said if your name is Sawyer and you live in the Southeast, then we are probably related distantly. Would you mind sending me that picture of Mt. of Olives Cemetary? My relatives are all buried there , and I will be also. Thanks!

|Katherine Bailey||Are you my cousin?|
Are you the same Mike Sawyer who lives in Florida whom I spoke with a few years ago? I'm Katherine Bland Sawyer (now Bailey) of Spartanburg, SC.
