Your Profile
Good one. Mine is similar. Finding a grave is not finding an obituary. I found my families graves including a few snakes!

I understand. However, I'm surprised that I've been doing this for 4 years and no one has ever told me about this before. Thanks.

21319896 JM Griffin
Hello--I am trying to determine if this JM Griffin is my great-great-grandfather. I noticed that you had posted flowers for him, so thought you might know more about him. If he's the right guy, he had children, Mary Lavinia, Louisa, Thomas and Martha, and married to Nancy Martha Brown.
Can you shed any light on if this is indeed him or not?
Thanks for your time.

Good day TLH. I see you have entered almost all burials for the Lanesboro cemetery. Great info and photos. Were you able to get the burial information from the diocese? I have entered a few myself for the McGuinness' as they are family. If you have photos yourself of their headstones, please feel free to add them. Your photos are probably better than mine! Also I see your profile photo you mention your husband's GrGr Grandfather Patrick Donlon. Is he related to Mary Quinn Donlon who married Martin Donlon, Moher, Co. Roscommon?! I know there were quite a few children in that family. Would love to hook up. Thank you.

Pamela Myers
Emiy Ence Sttoker
Hi, Marriage certificate for William and Emily clearly shows father of Emily as Stephen Pickess, gentleman.

She was married before in 1858 to Richard John Cowderoy, and divorce was finalized July 27,1875.She kept his name, but because she was NOT a Spinster, she is listed as a SINGLE LADY of 21.

She definitely lied about her age big time!!!

If you do a search for her as Pickness and Cowderoy on ancestry you will see both her marriages and her divorce (2 pages) which states her first marriage date (1st page) and her intent to marry William Thornley Stoker.(2nd page)

So, all this documentation puts her birth abt.1837, so she not 21 when she married William, lol, more like 31!!

I am happy to send you copies if you like :) Let me know!

John Daley

Thank you for the completion of "photo" for John Daley. I have not been able to find the photo on this site. However, I did add Joseph Daley today, so if you could, would you attach the photo to him. I am trying to add his wife Anne, seems it did not take, I have to redo. That is the couple who's headstone you took a picture of. And I really do appreciate it.

Best Regards

Bob Lee Sickles Memorial
You made the memorial and posted the photo for Bob Lee Sickles in Restland Memorial Park. His wife Iva G. Sickles died in 1991, and I was wondering if she could have been buried with him. Do you have access to Restland cemetery records?

William Sullivan and the Old Cathedral Cemetery

I am a descendant of William Sullivan, and I wanted to know if you could point me in the direction of finding more about his burial. There was a statement under his record on this site that some of the burials at the Old Cathedral had been moved, but there is no existing record of where William was finally placed.

Any and all information about the Sullivans you may be able to point me towards would be just incredible. I would especially like to know why they left St. Louis City and went to the Richwoods area. My grandmother, Ann Sullivan, would tell me all sorts of stories about her growing up in Richwoods and remembering her grandfather, Stephen William Sullivan, recite his nightly prayers in French. Although my grandmother's stories include people of William's era and before that time, I have yet to find conclusive documentation of any family records/dates/burials prior to William. It is very possible that I am looking in the wrong direction.

I apologize for the lengthy message! If you are related to the above people, please also let me know - I may have information, pictures, stories, etc., to build your genealogy file, and I am more than happy to share this information!

Thank you!

Thank you for all your effort getting me the photo of Carmelo Mifsud's grave. Unfortunately , when I looked at the grave it was the wrong one. The photo and dates on the grave did not match my details for his death. Do you know anywhere I can get any information on my Carmelo's death at the cemetery. ?????? If not Thank you very much for all your efforts.
